The property is even better than the pictures! We didn't luck out good with the weather so we were at the house alot so thankfully it was comfortable and as enjoyable as possible. Anything you could possibly need they had! (Even batteries since we needed to change the front door lock when it slowly died out).It was clean and well organized. The location was the only downfall but that was on me having never been to Cape May before..I would have preferred to be closer to restaurants and the downtown area but it is not far at all so even so it was completely fine.If we go back to Cape May next year we will definitely want to stay here & I highly recommend it!

Perfect stay

The rental is beautifully decorated, clean, and spacious. A short walk to the bay beach area and short drive into Cape May. It is completely stocked with anything and everything that you can think of- the most stocked rental I’ve ever stayed in. The host Renee was super responsive to any requests/questions. Highly recommend.

Wonderful rental!

What a wonderful house to spend vacation! My family members were delighted with every accommodation this lovely house offered. Well appointed with everything needed to get away and not concern yourself with bringing the “extras” you think a rental won’t supply. On my list of all time favorites…just felt like home!

Beautiful beach bay retreat

We had a wonderful time at this lovely beach home. Walking distance to the beach & enjoyed the pool in the yard. Loved the birds, rabbits nearby & beauty of the home. Happy this home is animal friendly! Hope to return with our dogs next visit :)

Family vacation

We had a wonderful time. The home was very clean, everything seemed new. It was beautifully decorated and had everything needed for our stay. The kitchen and house in general was very well equipped. We appreciated the fenced in yard where our dog could play and not escape. Renee was very responsive to our questions and always responded very quickly. It was a short walk to the bay beach where we saw lots of horseshoe crabs. Overall we had a wonderful time and are grateful for our stay at this rental.

Amazing getaway!

When I say we had a perfect vacation I mean it! The house is amazing. All the amenities and space was perfect for our family and fur baby. When I asked my son his favorite part of his trip he said the house. We spent nights on the patio enjoying the fire and playing cornhole. Sat poolside while kids swam and enjoyed being able to walk down to the beach with the dog. The location is perfect. We spent days in cape may and wildwood. Would highly recommend!! The host Renee was amazing and wrote back right away when needed. I can’t say enough great things about our stay at the bay dreamer!

Best family vacation

This was the best family vacation we’ve been on. We loved the house, the pool, and the proximity to Cape May beaches. We also saw a gorgeous sunset on the bay and it made me want to move there. I asked my 4-year-old son at one point what had been the best part of our vacation and he said “our vacation house because it’s so beautiful.” 😄

Wonderful Family vacation

Everything was wonderful for our family vacation. After one night of being there we booked for next year! Renee made sure to make you feel like your home. We enjoyed playing some games they had there and loved the pool after going to the beach. I would highly recommend her home to anyone for vacation.

Absolutely Fabulous! Highly recommend!

Renee’s home, Baydreamer, was more than terrific! We can’t say enough great things about this amazing home. Impeccably clean, extremely comfortable, beautifully decorated, and completely stocked with necessities. We cooked many family dinners, had family game nights, and lots of new memories made in this wonderful home. Renee, the owner, was extremely sweet, welcoming, and communicative throughout our entire stay. The pool was really great - a great way to cool off after a day at the beach. Loved the outdoor seating and fire pit. Our pup loved roaming around the fenced in backyard. Quiet neighborhood tucked away very close to the bay with beautiful sunsets. Be sure to check out "Flecks" ice cream shop, a 2 min drive away, which had great sundaes. The heart of Cape May is about a 15 min drive. Great little details all over the house to make it feel like “home.” Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay; thank you for hosting us in your fantastic home!

I did not want to go home!

Baydreamer is PERFECT! Awesome open layout, we did not feel crowded at all even with 4 adults/6 kids. Decorated beautifully. Spotlessly clean. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need. Renee was easily available for any questions we had. Without a doubt we will stay here again.

Clean, well=appointed, with anything you might need for a comfortable, easy stay. The pool was a nice bonus on these warm days. A two-block walk to the Delaware Bay, where you can walk for miles on packed-sand beaches. 20 minutes to Cape May

Moms 93rd Birthday

My family and I have stayed in Wildwood, Cape May and now Villas. We love this area and have had lovely family vacation memories. My mom turned 93 and we came with both my parents and family and a few friends. It was a very well equipped rental home with plenty of kitchen gadgets. We enjoyed using the BBQ grill and many home cooked meals. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. Having TV’s in every room was great as well since we all have different taste in programs. We also enjoyed the pool especially late evenings. Thank you Renee for allowing us to enjoy your lovely home. You were thoughtful and attentive to our concerns.

Wonderful family vacation

Outstanding week in a super clean and very relaxing home. No stone left unturned whatsoever as far as the home goes. The pool was such an incredible bonus that we used quite often. The drive to Cape May is a two road, 15 min drive and those beaches are outstanding. Simple to park and enjoy the day at the beach and the shops in the evening. We did a little fishing in the bay down the street. Beautiful sunset but not swimmer friendly. That did not take away from this awesome vacation, however. We loved it.

Another great week a Baydreamer!

This was our second time renting this property. It was another fantastic week. Great weather, great property, and everything was as promised. The whole experience is well communicated and simple. Renee is fantastic to work with and takes care of every detail. We truly love this rental!!!

Perfect Getaway!

The Baydreamer was a wonderful escape for my family after this horrible year we had and we could all be together again! The house was beautiful! Very well decorated and Renee thought of everything! She had a lovely welcome basket which was such a nice touch! The house was a great location, not too far from the beach in Cape May and close to convience stores and shopping if needed. We loved having the pool to relax in after coming home from the beach! Being right down the street from the bay which was walking distance was awesome! We saw some great sunsets! Renee was easy to get in touch with if we needed her and responded quickly! All in all, great house and getaway! Highly recommend!

This property is absolutely amazing! Every little detail was perfectly attended to!

Renting this property from Renee was so easy and stress free. There is absolutely every reason to return! Location and neighborhood are both great. Easy access to essentials or short walks up to the bay. The house is beautifully decorated. Renee checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly. It was so relaxing and provided exactly what we were looking for in a home away from home for a week! It is very clear that Renee takes great pride in this property and is super helpful! She is responsive to any inquiries and really easy to communicate with directly.

Perfect Getaway

Rented Baydreamer for the week and it exceeded our expectations. I read that the home was well stocked but that didn't stop my family and I from exclaiming "Oh they have xxx!!!" everytime we found an item that the house was equipped with. You don't have to worry about forgetting anything because the house has it all...and even if you do need to run out the CVS/WAWA etc. are just a short distance away. The inside of the house is clean and spacious(decorated beautifully!!!). Thee neighborhood is peaceful and quiet and if you are looking for more tranquility the bay is just a short walk away. Renee was a great host -she checked up on us throughout our stay (especially since a storm came through one day) and gave some great recommendations when we reached out to her. This was definitely the vacation that we were hoping for!

Great little beach house!

This was the perfect place for our family's summer getaway! The house is so clean and inviting... It has everything you could possibly need inside and you can tell a lot of thought and attention went into decorating it. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything from lobster pots to corn holders (and literally everything in between). We stayed as a family of 4, including a 2 and 6 year old (plus a dog) and I think one of the best things about the home's layout for us was that it was very toddler-friendly. For one, the home is all one level (no stairs to contend with). We didn't need to use any kind of baby gates to keep him out of anywhere (which was a relief). The yard is also very toddler (and dog friendly). It's split up into two sections, with a gate separating them. One section has a cute little patio setup and the other has the pool. There is a latching door at the bottom of the pool deck to keep toddlers and pets in/out. Big plus there because of pool safety. Speaking of the pool... it's great! Part of the reason we chose this place over another property was because it had a smaller, above ground pool. Our stay was in mid-June and I knew the pool water would be warmer in the above ground pool. It was perfect! The owner (Renee) is very kind and accommodating. We chat a few times on phone and text and she's very sweet. OH- for those of you who have toddlers... there is a high chair, pack n play, and a few other items in the children's closet that are helpful so you don't have to bring them. Overall this place was PERFECT for our family of 4. If you have a smaller group I would recommend this place in a heartbeat. The only very minor drawback to this property is that there's only one bathroom. If you have a larger group stay here... you will certainly run into some bathroom conflicts lol. The Bay beach is about 2 blocks down the road (with amazing sunsets!) and everything from pizza, to CVS, to WAWA is just a couple blocks away. Super convenient location.

Perfect!!!

This home was just perfect for our group - 6 adults and three 6 year olds. There is seriously NOTHING that Renee missed - everything you could have thought of was literally there for your use - from a baby monitor to a fully stocked kitchen to pool toys! Renee was wonderful throughout the whole process and communicated throughout ensuring our stay was stress free and enjoyable. We loved the proximity to the beaches, Washington Mall and Wildwood and took advantage of the pool in the afternoons when the kids were tired of the sand. The location is extremely near to grocery stores, liquor stores and restaurants so everything a within a close driving distance. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this gem and I’m looking forward to our next stay!!!

Excellent home

The house was so cozy and nice. We spent so much time there and enjoyed the pool and the backyard. When we got there, it was so clean and the house had everything we needed. Our children and dog and my dad who is wheelchair bound all had a great time. We will be back next summer.

Much needed respite during a crazy time

Hands down, this is one of the best properties I've stayed at. It's new, clean, modern and comfortable. Location was awesome, centrally located to everything. The owner Renee was phenomenal to work with. She was professional, responsive and kind. You can tell that she put TLC into the property, with its decor, amenities and clear instructions. She took the time to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay and was an incredible host. I hope to return again one day soon.
