Villa Adriatica: a charming home in Abruzzo, 10 minutes from the Trabocchi Coast
Original Liberty-style tiles, exposed antique bricks, and vaulted ceilings. Fully restored to preserve the splendor of the past while offering modern amenities: air conditioning, two bathrooms, and Wi-Fi. A beautiful master bedroom with an iron roll-top bathtub and crystal chandeliers. A family home with a large rooftop terrace offering views of the sea and Mount Majella. Just 9 km from the Adriatic Sea and the beach resorts of Casalbordino, Le Morge, and Vasto, along with the Trabocchi coastline and bike paths. This first-floor house has steps leading up from street level on Corso Adriatico. The house features original Art Deco floor tiles, as seen in the ground-floor hallway, which leads to the kitchen with its wood-burning stove. This room features an original Formica kitchen table and chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a fully integrated dishwasher and washing machine. The living room features a balcony overlooking Corso Adriatico. The sofa bed can accommodate two people. The dining room table and chairs are also located in this room. The house has two bathrooms, each with a bidet and shower, one on the first floor and one on the first floor. Upstairs, the original floor tiles of the house are visible, and all three bedrooms are located on this floor. The first room on the left is the more formal room, featuring an original Liberty-style bed, an English antique dresser, and a bedroom chair. The next room, the blue bedroom, has two single beds, and finally, the master bedroom features original handmade brick tiles and a vaulted ceiling with an iron roll-top bathtub. A beautiful, handcrafted wooden staircase in green has been commissioned to connect the house to a new rooftop terrace for the first time. The large rooftop terrace offers superb views of the surrounding countryside, with both mountain and sea views in the distance. A table and chairs make “al fresco” dining and relaxation the perfect way to spend summer evenings after a day at the beach.
