El hotel está hermoso y en buen estado. Los servicios sin embargo como la TV o el aire acondicionado no son lo mejor. El wifi muy bien!

Buen hotel, habitación amplia cama cómoda, el único pero el acceso a la ducha un poco incómodo. El hotel tiene parking y el acceso es fácil. Cerca del aeropuerto de Verona

Muy buen hotel cerca del aeropuerto ,
El hotel es muy bonito, las habitaciones son cómodas , le falta iluminación para mi gusto, la cama es confortable, el baño también, lo único que tengo para decir es que la señorita que nos realizó el Che Kin en la recepción muy mal carácter, todo lo que le preguntábamos nos contestaba de mala manera, le molestaba todo muy poco cordial!!

Magnificas instalaciones. Pésimo servicio
El hotel esta bien remodelado y tienen excelentes habitaciones. Queda en una zona rural cerca al aeropuerto. Sin embargo, es difícil encontrar un hotel con menos personal. El día de la estadía tuvimos un evento de 500 personas y solo había una recepcionistas y dos meseros para atender a los huespedes en el restaurante. Increíble que no puedan contratar a mas personas!!

Beautiful and tasteful resort like atmosphere very near the Verona airport. Friendly staff who went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Even packed a to Go bag for breakfast due to an early morning flight.

Lack of room service options. Brand new but lacked atmosphere. The signs for the reception wasn’t obvious. Even ended up shouting hello to see if someone would find me. Very expensive for what you get

The property is beautiful with lovely grounds in which to walk. It is not located near any shopping or restaurants but it is extremely close to the airport. For a one night stay it is perfect.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr gutem Restaurant. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Lage des Hotels ist etwas abseits gelegen, aber das war uns schon bei der Buchung klar. Unser Zimmer war in einem neuen Nebengebäude zwar sehr schön, aber nur durch einen längeren Fußweg mit zweimaligem Lift Gebrauch zu erreichen. Dank sehr guter Auschilderung konnten wir es aber selbst finden. Was schade war ist das der Aussenpool trotz Sonne und 25 Grad Ende September schon geschlossen war!

Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung und Kommentar über das Hotel. Zum Außenschwimmbad: Es ist saisonabhängig und wir hatten die Öffnung bereits bis letzten Sonntag verlängert (es sollte eigentlich am 17. September geschlossen sein, aber wir haben es auf eine Woche verlängert). Die Öffnungs- und Schließzeiten sind vorab festgelegt und werden allen unseren Gästen digital und in Papierform mitgeteilt.Wir hoffen, Sie bald wieder als unseren Gast zu begrüßen!

Excellent for an overnight near to the airport. Modern and newly refurbished with a pool area. Limited food options as only the hotel which was fine for one night.

The property itself is magnificent, but the staff is rude, unmotivated and uninterested. I was a student a few years ago, and I have experienced much better service and hospitality in many student dorms… Furthermore, during our stay, we experienced a serious security/privacy incident as we got attacked by another guest in the SPA area. We complained about their kids screaming and playing in the SPA, although their rules clearly say that kids are not allowed in the SPA area. Staff members did not protect us during the incident, but decided to ignore the rules and distance themselves. This incident summarises well the general staff attitude. We emailed reception about the incident, and they IGNORED us. We travel regularly for work, and in fact, we work in the tourism sector, so we get to stay in around 50 hotels every year. This was one of the least hospitable staff that I have experienced in my life.

La struttura è molto bella ed accogliente, il personale è gentile ma come ho notato in altre strutture della zona, tipo bar e ristoranti, sembrano tutti un po’ seri e a disagio nel ruolo ricoperto, in generale la descrizione dell’hotel corretta e accurata.

Great one night stay
Beautiful hotel near the Verona airport. We had a junior suite and it was plenty of room for our family of three. Good service in the reception, at the pool, in bar and in the restaurant. Dinner in the courtyard was really good. We really enjoyed the pool on the extremely hot day. One small minus regarding breakfast: scrambled eggs and bacon were COLD, should not be.

The hotel is a walking distance from the airport and the transport links to Verona city centre is good. The restaurant in the hotel has a very restricted menu, but the meal we had on our first night was very good. Breakfast is very basic and I assume this is because mainly it is a business hotel. I made a mistake booking this hotel for our stay, thinking that it was quite nearer to city centre & all the attractions. But we made the most of it.

We stayed here for one night as Verona was all but booked out.. a nice venue overall that is more set up for work conferences as opposed to travellers. The A/C didn’t work but apart from that the room was good. Dinner was very good. Staff weren’t overly helpful or friendly.

The hotel is quite good, clean with a big garden. The problem is it located in a quite isolated area. So, if you have no personal transportation then travelling by public transport is very difficult.
