"We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back. It’s the perfect location in the heart of Salida. Walkable to lots of shops, restaurants, coffee etc. neighboring areas of BV and Leadville were fun to explore as well. Easy access to tons of hikes in the area. Kitchen has everything you need, and everything was very clean."

"We had a great stay. Excellent location for fishing Arkansas River and we did day trips to Monarch and San Dunes. Cabin is nicely located among some ranches/farms with good privacy and away from roads. Saw deer and elk from the cabin most days. Excellent place for a low-key reunion with friends. Great communication from owner and property management company."

"I know, I too was skeptical about ALL of the 5-star ratings for Post Office Ranch, but my 15yr old daughter and I stayed there for a week during our ski trip to Monarch Mountain. "This is a precious little historical home with loads of charm. It has obviously had a lot of work put in. We stayed in Salida and drove to monarch to ski. The house is so close to parks and Main Street - easy to walk to everything. It’s dog friendly so the back yard is completely fenced in.
