"Had a great stay, everything you need and great location for hitting the mountains/rafting/hiking etc. and only 10min to store in poncho springs. Hot Tub was great after long day in the mountains. There are bunk beds in one of the rooms which the kiddos loved, didn’t see that on the listing so was a nice surprise. Will definitely look here first when we head back!"

" Very Private and relaxing. Stargazing was the best couldn’t believe how many stars you saw with no light pollution.. Chipmunks Squirels ohh my lol and saw an Elk and a baby walk right by on other side of fence The house was clean and well decorated. It is an older house so don’t expect glamour but everything you will need for a relaxing trip. "

"We really enjoyed our time at this cabin. It was very clean and comfortable. A beautiful view from the porch where we saw lots of wildlife! The hosts were quick to respond when we had questions. I would highly recommend staying here! "

"Quick stay, but we loved that it was off the beaten path. Super clean. No AC, so warmer than we’re used to, but I knew that going in. Only surprise was the sheer number of mosquitos. Wow. But we used bug spray and moved along (and obviously that’s just nature and the season, certainly not a knock on the property). Would definitely recommend as a home base to explore the valley. "

"This place felt bigger than the photos, so props for that! We didn't feel as if we were bumping into each other the entire stay; ample room in this listing. The hot tub was great, the grill was great, lots of great kitchen amenities included. All instructions were easy for check-in and out, the town is Salida is close enough and easy to get to. Great spot for a weekend getaway with friends!"

"We had a beautiful stay. This property had absolutely everything we could have wanted for a quiet getaway. From the brand new construction to the small details like quality fans in every room, it felt so welcoming and relaxing.
