Super schön, sehr entspannt :)

Es gibt, wie schon vor uns erwähnt wurde, keinen Whirlpool für "il Nido". Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Lisa und Luca sind hilfsbereit und sehr sympathisch. Wir kommen gern wieder :) Insgesamt war alles Ideal für unsere Ansprüche von Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit mit Flair.

Fantastisch, mit Verbesserungsoption

Lage: traumhaft, fast nur VogelgezwitscherBlätterrauschen u eine süße (nicht störende) Kirchturmglocke.Die Anfahrt ist allerdings nichts für Angsthasen u Kurvenhasser.Das 150 Seelen Dorf ist wunderschön, aber entspr. auch ruhig. Die einzige Bar schließt so ca. 19.30 Uhr und es gibt nur italienische TV-sender.Vermieterin/Kontakt: total nett und sehr bemüht um das Wohl des Gastes. Verständigung leider ein bisschen beschwerlich da sie nur italienisch spricht, aber nicht tragisch.FeWo: wunderschön urbanisch, eben rustiko.Den Whirlpool gibt's leider nicht, und mit ein paar kleinen machbaren Veränderungen (die Lisa auch umsetzen will) wird's noch optimaler u angenehmer.Wasser trinkbar (aber evtl individuell abhängig), deshalb sicherheitshalber mit mehreren Plastikflaschen das Quellwasser aus Collodi mitnehmen.

Tolle Ferienwohnung zur Entspannung

Die Ferienwohnung hat alles was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Allerdings gibt es keine Restaurants oder Geschäfte in Boveglio. Es gibt eine kleine Bar. Wir waren dort allerdings nicht. Wenn man Ruhe und Entspannung sucht ist man hier genau richtig. An die Anfahrt zur Ferienwohnung mit den Bergstraßen gewöhnt man sich auch. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.Lisa ist eine super Gastgeberin und versucht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen.

Charming and Cozy Retreat with a Stunning

We recently stayed at this beautiful little accommodation and liked its charm and tranquility. The property offers everything one might need for a comfortable stay, complete with a breathtaking view and a lovely garden filled with herbs. The serene environment provides the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. However, one minor drawback is the terrace, which has a slight slope, making it a bit uncomfortable to sit outside for extended periods. The secluded location is both a blessing and a challenge. While it provides a peaceful and private retreat, the drive up the mountain can be quite winding and time-consuming. If you're looking for a quiet getaway, this place is perfect, but be prepared for the journey to get there. Overall, I highly recommend this accommodation for anyone seeking a peaceful escape with stunning natural surroundings. Lisa è gentilissima e disponibile, l'appartamento "Il Nido" all' interno della struttura è davvero un nido romantico e accogliente, con un dehors rustico e curato, in posizione panoramica e bellissima! Il luogo è piacevolmente silenzioso e appartato. Io e la mia ragazza ci siamo trovati benissimo e se saremo di nuovo di passaggio proveremo di nuovo a prenotare in questo luogo incantevole. Absolutely wonderful!

What is Boveglio a absolute stunning village! Just look around the block and just wander around! The house is to reach through a small street/corridor. Is not for people who have difficulty walking! We loved it!!

Cottage is a beauty

The cottage lies aside of any haste and touristical fuzz in a beautiful mountain landscape. A great spot to relax, but not too far away for one day lasting trips to Pisa or Lucca.

This is the second time I stayed at this property. I still love the property and the location. If you want to visit Tuscany and live in a small village, this property is for you. The host is very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend.

Top Unterkunft

Alles war hier bestens. Eine wirklich sehr liebevoll gestaltete Unterkunft mit traumhaften Ausblick und Whirlpool wussten sehr zu gefallen. Die freundlichen Gastgeber Lisa und Luca standen für Rückfragen jeder Zeit bereit. Die Fahrt auf den Berg dauerte ca. 20 Minuten. Von hier aus konnten wir viele Wander- und Städteausflüge aus zentraler Lage mit dem Pkw anfahren. Vielen Dank und gerne wieder

Toller Aufenthalt in den Bergen

Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war sauber und alles Wichtige enthalten. Die Umgebung war ruhig und sehr schön in dem kleinen, alten Dorf Boveglio - zusätzlich ein toller Ausblick auf die Berge. Der Weg nach oben braucht ca. 20 Minuten. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und für Rückfragen oder Reparaturen immer verfügbar. Sie verkaufen auch ihren eigenen Honig und Öl.

Lovely, with unfortunately 2 minuses

We were totally in love with this place -- the owners, Lisa and Luca, were very nice and gave us helpful instructions on several things. Everything is made with a lot of thought -- we especially loved the garden with all the herbs , cute little places to sit and read etc. The great thing about this apartment is that it has direct access to the garden. However, the same thing -- it's parterre, or kind of basement partially -- seems to be a problem also because it was very damp in the main room/kitchen which made it kind of uncomfortable for us to dwell in it, also because it always smelled a bit bad (not a big problem in July though, we were spending most of the time outside except for 2 rainy days) and we realized only in the end of our stay that there is actually a huge amount of mold in one of the walls. We know it's very difficult to get old walls that are moist dry, but honestly, it was so much mold, we just think it shouldn't be rented out like that. The bedroom was dry though, we ended up just keeping the door closed all the time. The other thing we weren't super happy about was the bed, if 2 people sleep in it you feel every tiny movement of the other person and unfortunately that didn't make us sleep great. That may be our personal sensitivity though. All in all, if the mold gets taken care of, we can warmly recommend this place and would love to come back ourselves some time in the future. The village itself is also very cute btw, very remote-- make sure you don't muss out on bar ferrari at the other end of the village. It has the greatest terrace in the world!

Natura e bellezza

Un soggiorno splendido in un posto unico dove ascoltare il rumore del silenzio e apprezzare la bellezza della natura. Bellissimo!

Bellissimo! Es ist ein sehr schöner Ort mit einer herrlichen Aussicht. Die Wohnung ist klein und schön eingerichtet, wenn man vor die Tür tritt, hat man diese wundervolle Aussicht. Vorsicht bei der Anfahrt: Unser Navi wollte uns durch den Ort schicken. Das geht nicht! Man muss hinten rum fahren und kann amTurm wunderbar parken. Und: Wir waren im Oktober im Casa il Nida, das Wetter war sehr durchwachsen. Insgesamt aber sehr schön.

Fabulous Tuscan hideaway in Boveglio

Our flat, Il Nido in this wonderful old farmhouse with lovely wild garden was really great. Breakfast on the little terrace with a view of the green hills was a joy. We visited many historical cities in the area & the long drive up the windy road takes time,(20 minutes to Pescia) but you get used to it. Flat is well equipped, very clean, comfortable & the hosts were very kind & helpful. We would certainly recommend this accommodation! Thanks Lias & Luca :)

Sehr abgelegene, sehr schöne und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung

Bei der Buchung muss man sich wirklich darüber im klaren sein, dass die Unterkunft wirklich sehr abgelegen ist. Dafür ist sie umso schöner umgeben von einem traumhaften Garten. Alles ist sehr sauber und wirklich gut ausgestattet. Der kleine Garten ist toll und gepflegt. Außerdem haben wir uns immer gut betreut gefühlt und Lisa und Luca waren immer für uns erreichbar. Fazit: wer ein sauberes, ruhiges und romantisches Plätzchen sucht, ist hier genau richtig

Worth the drive !

Casa Soto La Torre is a gem perched near the top of a mountain overlooking overlooking a lush valley. Views are breathtaking and the beautifully blended new + old charm of the apartment is just perfect. The winding switchbacks up the mountain are not an average Sunday drive, but well worth the experience.

Amazing stay in a beautiful isolated mountain village.

We had a wonderful relaxing couple of days in the mountains. The accommodation is beautiful, the hot tub fantastic and the kitchen is very well equipped for Italian home cooking. All of this very private and overlooking a beautiful view. The hosts were great, responding very quickly to any concerns. If you want a few days away from it all, I highly recommend this charming place.

Hidden Gem

We loved our stay in Boveglio. Since we stayed here in June it was hot in the valley but temps were significantly cooler up the hill. We used this as a base to visit Cinque Terre, Pisa, Florence, Pistoia and Montecarlo. We stayed in the smallest unit but it was more than large enough fit he two of us. Lisa and Luca were very attentive. The place was very comfortable and reasonable in price. We quickly adapted to the drive up and down the hill. We appreciated the remote location as a cool retreat from our daily activities below. I would recommend to those who want to buy groceries to stop in Pescia at the Esselunge. They have everything one might need to cook your own food. We would stop there on our way back to Boveglio every few days for what we needed. There is also a laundromat in Peschia if you need it.
