Lauren and Will were amazing hosts! The house was absolutely beautiful—spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up for a relaxing stay. We especially loved the hot tub, which was perfectly placed on the porch for a private and peaceful soak. The fire pit was another great touch and made for the perfect spot to unwind in the evenings. Highly recommend staying here—you can really tell they care about their guests

Our family stayed at this cabin in October, and the view of the mountains and fall colors was fantastic. We have a one year old, and appreciated the provided playpen and baby gate. The cabin was meticulously clean and the beds were very comfortable. We loved the amenities which allowed us to cook together and spend time as a family (there were even games and books provided!). The host was kind and responsive to any needs. Truly a 5 star stay and we hope to book again for a longer trip next time!

Annual family vacation

The property is super clean, organized, secluded, but close to amenities as well. We love that they have things for our dogs, like bowls and crate. The kitchen was organzide and have everything you need. Communication with owner was a 5 start. She answered all my questions and gave me suggestions pretty quickly. We will be back. Thanks for shared your lovely place with us.

The Fourth with Friends

We had the best time staying here over the weekend of the fourth! It was in the perfect area close to Boone for weekend activities. The house was very clean and the beds were great! We enjoyed the peacefulness of being up on the mountain by ourselves. The hot tub was wonderful on the cool nights. We hope to come back and stay in the future!

A Month in the High Country

We loved our month long stay at the cabin! Great communication with the owners, had an issue with the hot tub and they coordinated with the mechanic to get it fixed during our stay. We were able to schedule a weekly meal kit delivery and so we appreciated having a well supplied kitchen for dinnerware/utensils/spices/etc and cleaning products. Comfy beds! Smart TVs in all the bedrooms and living room. The driveway is quite steep and bumpy in certain spots, would recommend AWD as stated in the property listing.

Quiet, peaceful, secluded mountain getaway just west of Boone

We loved your cabin and this beautiful area. It was quiet and secluded, yet convenient to drive to Boone and Blowing Rock for hiking, lunch, and dinner. The cabin had so many wonderful amenities - we loved the hot tub on the deck, the towels and linens were luxurious, and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. We really appreciate you supplying a crate - it was a delightful convenience that we didn't have to keep loading/unloading our personal crate from the truck. We enjoyed hiking, biking, and relaxing in the hot tub. The TV and Wifi as well as all appliances worked perfectly. We ate lunch and dinner out - and would highly recommend Bald Guy Brewing for coffee, Booneshine, Lost Province, Basil's, The Beacon, Six Pence Pub, The Gamekeeper, and AMB. Thanks so much for your hospitality, your great communication and for sharing your home!

Nice cottage, good location

This was our first time staying this side of Valle Crucis, the location was very convenient to shops and attractions. The home was very clean and every item we needed was provided. The dog crate was very large and accommodated the grandparents pet nicely. The hosts had excellent communication. No damage from the recent hurricane.

Perfect getaway

Amazing property with lots of amenities that were really helpful, we have two dogs and they provided dog bowls, dog towels, and plenty of poop bags as well as a doggy crate :) We had a great time, we wish we could have stayed longer!

Woodlawn Reunion

House is adorable! Love sitting on the porch overlooking the mountains. Kitchen is beautifully equipped! Lovely place to meet up with very old friends. We traveled from MD,NY,and Florida. Thank you for a fun stay.

Cozy Cabin in the Woods

We had a wonderful stay! The cabin description and pictures are accurate as posted and the communication with the hosts, Lauren & Will, was excellent. They even allowed us an early check-in, which I sincerely appreciated! The kitchen is well equipped, beds are very comfortable, cabin is clean, and the hot tub & outdoor fireplace are an added bonus!
