'Petit Ca l'Andorrà' Studio: Semi-Adapted, Pool & Wi-Fi

Located in the peaceful village of Vila-sana, Petit Ca l'Andorrà is a charming ground-floor studio, semi-adapted for guests with reduced mobility. Ideal for couples or small groups of up to 3 seeking a quiet, accessible getaway in the Catalan countryside, the studio offers a living-bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 double sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, and 2 bathrooms (1 in the garden), all on the ground floor for easy access. Amenities include Wi-Fi, 2 TVs (1 in the entrance), washing machine, books and board games, crib, and 2 high chairs. There are fans but no air conditioning. Guests share with Ca l'Andorrà a spacious outdoor area: garden, barbecue, pool (open from June 22), multipurpose court, and changing room. The property also has a third, fully independent unit with its own entrance, where the host's family lives, with no shared spaces with rental units. Nearby, you'll find the Estany d'Ivars i Vila-sana, a restored lake perfect for nature walks and birdwatching. Local restaurants, shops, and an equestrian club are close by, with public transport within walking distance. There are 4 parking spaces and free street parking. The host can provide contacts for services like breakfast, transfers, guided tours, and horse riding, all available for an extra fee.



Rules: No pets, smoking, parties, or celebrations of any kind. Breaching the no-smoking rule, especially leaving cigarette butts on the ground or in the garden, may result in an additional charge for extraordinary cleaning. Quiet after 10 pm. No speakers or sound systems if music is audible outside, at any time indoors. No groups with members under 25. Waste must be sorted and removed. Bed linen and towels are provided at check-in and not changed during your stay. Check-in from 4 pm; check-out by 12 pm, unless otherwise agreed. In all cases, an extra charge applies.
