Aftrr a long and rainy day in Olden, we set off a a boat along the Notdfjord. The light was poor and compositions weren't happening. Then with my hopes still low, I peeked outside the window and saw amazing rays of sunshine. This was my chance, possible the only one. I raced around the boat looking for compositions, that both encapsulated the sun and the landscape. This is what I made. This photo was not heavily edited, no Photoshop was used. Just some slight lightroom alterations that give that authentic feel. #BvS100k

This church was built in 1000AD. It costs about $8 USD to enter the building but free to look at it from the outside.
While driving past Vik i Sogn. When I looked out of the window of a car to see this view, it actually felt like looking through a b&w filter 🔲 This photo shows exactly why I advised to get a car in #Norway: to see such parts of the country. You’d never see this in a city.

A picturesque place far away from everything
We enjoyed the stay very much and are still overwhelmed by all the impressions that the surrounding nature gave us. The house today (2024) is as beautiful as it's pictures promise and very nicely equipped. Everything works nicely and any of our needs were quickly answered and taken care of.

Wir waren zu 5 dort .War alles vorhanden was man braucht ja ,Zimmer ding extrem hellhörig bzw wenn jemand eine Tür öffnet etc hört man alles ,was ansich kein problem ist ,Vermieter war nett und freundlich .

Tolles Ferien mit traumhaftem Ausblick auf den Fjord.Es liegt etwas abgelegen und rundherum natur pur.Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder buchen.Es gibt wohl hier und da kleine Mängel,aber die gibt es denke ich in jeder Ferienwohnung.Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit ...
