"Apartamento bien comunicado del centro. Tuvimos un apartamento espacioso pero se escuchaban muchos ruidos de mantenimiento del edificio (sobre todo por la noche), encontramos varias arañas y entraba olor a comida por el extractor de los otros apartamentos. Intentamos comunicarnos con el responsable del apartamento para que nos diera una explicación de donde provenían los ruidos y aún estamos esperando respuesta. "

"This property was easily located. Very easy getting into especially considering our late arrival. Very quiet. Great location within walking distance to many of the historical parts of the city. well equipped with anything we would have needed, ie iron, towels, dishware, etc. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area. "Made a reservation through Expedia, and paid in full and paid for a taxi ride. BUT The key was not in the lock box as noted in the confirmation email… I could not believe it… when we arrived in the middle of the night we could not enter the loft , so with three children we had to sit on the stairs outside at 2am, were forced to book the most expensive hotel instead and new taxi ride , and went to bed at 3 o’clock in the morning, angry and Exhausted after full day off, walking through airport and...

"Checking in: There is no office or employees who work here to check you in. The people who run this place live in one of the apartments in this large complex and you need to go look for them and hope they are present at the time of your arrival. I got the help from one of the residents who happened to walk by at the time for me to locate the people and their apartment for checking in. Also the kitchen as it has been advertised the apartment comes with is a shared kitchen for many units."

"Instructions were fine. We had some problems to find to underground garage, but got help immediately. Apartment was lovely and spacious. There was everything we needed and more. 2 bathrooms was luxury. View was amazing with hot air balloons flying on saturday morning. Some small broken things could be fixed to give more finnish to the atmosphere. And a little minus to the elevator not working all the time. Communication was perfect. "

"Took a chance on this rental, the description is false, zero walkability, you must have a car, no local paths to walk on! Upon arrival with my elder mother the house had 1.5 rolls of toilet paper for 2 wemon for 11 nights stay. Three old beat up towels in the entire house. No soap or shampoo or wash cloth or to bathe. No bedding for the sleeper, the spare blanket for the couch was stained and dirty. No instructions were provided, the hot water heater runs out of water, eneded up using the kettle...
