Wow - what can I say . This truely is an amazing place to stay on vacation or for a special occasion to relax . The rooms and the private gardens are both very spacious and very well equipped with (more than) everything you could want or need ( the only thing I would add is that it would have been nice if the in room plunge pool had the option to be heated). There was a dedicated butler to look after your restaurant or excursion reservations, drinks, laundry, 24 hour in room dining etc . We had an amazing butler named Ethan who made our stay beyond 5* - thank you so much Ethan . He made everything look so professional and seamless - it was on the level with top Dubai and Far East hotels that we’ve stayed in . All the staff were also very warm delivering friendly and efficient service. We ate at the Greathouse for most meals - the food ( as well as cocktails and smoothies) were very good. A shout out to Jemma and Ginal too who remembered our food and drink preferences down to the last detail on a meal by meal basis . We have stayed at other hotels in St Lucia but if a relaxing stay with top level service is what you after , then Serenity should be top of your list. We shall be back.
