A full month in an amazing place with an incredible view on the Atlantic. Delightful, generous hosts who were very helpful and accommodating. The Villa is spacious and offers all the amenities stated in the ad. Bus stop is a 5-minute walk from the Villa. Easy to travel to Vieux Fort and to the beach.The trade wind from the ocean makes the evenings very comfortable. A great location that I definitely recommend!

Just a special place

We had 4 nights here, mother daughter trip. Communication in the lead up to our stay was fantastic Ken and Diane answered all my questions. The property is a wonderful base close to airport shops and bars. We had 4 days exploring and the owners were very helpful in suggesting places to go. We loved having the dogs around too felt like a home from home, there is a gate if you’re not dog people!Obviously the view is stunning, comfortable beds and everything you need in the kitchen. We loved our stay couldn’t fault anything. Loved hiring a car and exploring the south of the island from here Thank you Ken and Diane

Anniversary Holiday

We had a wonderful holiday in the fantastic Coco View Villa with amazing views. Sunrise was very special.Ken was so helpful providing good tips of places to visit. Had a great time touring St Lucia & even got used to the ver steep roads!

I loved the view and I was super excited to stay here but the property could use some tlc.There were huge cockroaches that take over night after night as well as a leak that was over our bed that woke me and my family up one morning.I also would not recommend if you have a problem with dogs while the ad states they are on the premises I spent the whole time guiding the dogs back to their area as the broken gate allows them to roam freely

Paradise with a view

Truly one of a kind place in Saint Lucia. Not only is the view incredible, but the place is cozy, private, clean and equipped with everything you need. The homeowners, Ken and Diane, made our stay feel special. They took the time to show us fruits in the garden and taste them. We had car troubles at night and they were so quick to help us resolve it. We felt safe, comfortable and relaxed there. They recommended a place to stop by for local food, which was so delicious, and in the evening let us walk their dogs. Very kind, beautiful people, who want you to relax and enjoy your time there. Thank you for opening your house to us and making our honeymoon so special. We enjoyed our stay more than we could have imagined. We wish we had booked it for more than just two days! It would be hard to find anything to complain about regarding our stay with Ken and Diane at Coco View Villa in Vieux Fort, St Lucia. On our daily check-in about activities, we learned insider tips about the community. We loved the locals’ beach in the next town up, enjoyed chicken with “bakes”, grilled fish and pork from local restaurants, and on their hibachi. We did enjoy some of the touristy things, the botanical garden, and the Hotel Chocolate Tree to Bar tour as well as a day of snorkeling. But the highlight was the comfort, beauty, and generosity of the hosts. Retired from the Canadian military, they built their home on a steep rutted road in an amazing neighborhood halfway up a mountain. You’re awakened by roosters and the barking neighborhood dogs who also help put you to sleep at night. if you are people who want to get away from the all inclusive, don’t mind driving a rental on spectacular winding roads, and would enjoy being greeted warmly by your hosts and their friendly pooches, you receive our highest recommendation.

Perfect Stay

We were at Diane and Ken’s Villa for a 2 week stay while my significant other volunteered at St Jude’s Hospital. We had a wonderful time. Our two bedroom was awesome. The view of the ocean from the porch was beautiful. When we’re at the Villa, we were often out on the porch or with French doors open. There was always a steady breeze which kept us completely comfortable despite 80+ degree weather. The place had everything we needed. We even were able to even get limes and eggplant from the garden. Diane was away during our stay. However Ken was an amazing host. He took us to local barbecue spots and was an absolute wealth of information. We had a wonderful time hanging out with him. The pool was refreshing after a day of hiking. We feel so fortunate to have stayed at the Villa and will most definitely return.

The place to stay !

If you want to explore Saint Lucia’s top things to offer, and are looking for an authentic, local experience, this is the place to stay. The owners are the most welcoming, friendly people omhad the pleasure to stay with. They are very knowledgable about tourist things to do, as well as local amenities, fruits, veggies and nature. They make you feel at ease; ensured that we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The view from the porch is just magical; and the lovely pool is a nice added bonus. We’ll be coming back !

Lovely people and property

My husband and I and our 11 month old baby boy spent a week at Diane and Ken's villa in the Palm Suite. They are truly lovely people who obviously take a lot of pride in their home and taking care of their guests. The property is beautiful, and Ken and Diane went above and beyond to make our stay with baby comfortable and memorable, including baby gates that Ken made specifically for the apartment and doting on our son like true grandparents. This is definitely a local neighborhood, so expect to hear some barking street dogs and drive on some bumpy roads - I just note this for those who are looking for a resort-type experience. But if you are looking to get a truly local experience on the Island, Coco View Villa is a great choice and we couldn't ask for nicer hosts.
