"Habitación agradable, aunque sin smartTV... Y una mancha en el baño… Evidentemente este hotel no vale 130 euros la noche, NO HAN ESTADO A LA ALTURA. De los hoteles más caros en Vietnam y el peor servicio… NO LO RECOMIENDO. Le pongo 1 estrella porque para la calidad del hotel la atención no es la correcta. Las habitaciones están en villas apartadas, como una urbanización pero en diferentes manzanas (tienes que cruzar calles), no en un mismo edificio. Con lo cual para ir al desayuno tienes que ir...

"Located close to but not too close to the old town. The saltwater pool was heated to a comfortable 30 degrees- much appreciated in 16 degree- weather! Gym was well -equipped and the breakfast had lovely spread of fruit and healthy options. Opposite the hotel is a spa called the Castle Spa where I had a wonderful hot stone massage at a very reasonable price. Would stay here again for my next trip to beautiful Hoi An!"

"I recently stayed at Cicilia Hotel & Spa in Da Nang and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to get to everything—the beach, food, laundry, spa services, and groceries are all within walking distance.
The staff work very hard and are incredibly attentive. I especially noticed how quickly and efficiently they cleaned up after breakfast each morning. The hotel is very clean overall, and I really enjoyed my stay.
I would happily stay at Cicilia Hotel & Spa...

"I absolutely loved the hospitality of the staff! They are so friendly and attentive!
The hotel itself is very cute and cozy. However, I could hear noises of others outside of my room if they were in the common area.
It is very affordable and not in the busiest part of the city, which I preferred. Although, it was still a very short motorbike ride to things to do.
As a female solo-traveler, I highly recommend this hotel for other solo travelers! "
