"This is an apartment stay rather than a serviced apartment. The amenities are for owners only so we couldn’t use the gym or pool facilities. Talk about misleading listing and photos. We had to turn on the hot water ourselves. The owner left several of their own luggage in the main bedroom. They asked for picture of passport and visa of people staying. "Great stay overall! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The balcony view was amazing — perfect for watching the sunset and even the fireworks at night. The host was very friendly and responded quickly whenever we needed help. Would definitely stay here again if I come back to Phu Quoc."

"Everything is clean and the vibe is really nice in my first impression. Staff is also very friendly. However, when I received my room, it is not right with whatever show on the website. There is a few things were broken in the room but the hotel didn't check before they let their guest to stay there. My bathroom has broken door handles, they knew it but they didn't fix it. Also, the water is hot during the day time but night time is not. Hope they will improve better in the future. "
