The upper level includes 3 bedrooms, each with a queen bed and air conditioning. It also has a full kitchen, a full bathroom with hot water, a living room with a TV and portable fans, a front balcony with seating, and a back balcony with patio furniture and an outdoor shower.

The lower-level apartment offers an additional private space, ideal for guests who want a bit more separation within the same property. It includes a comfortable bedroom with A/C, kitchen, bathroom, washer/dryer, and beach essentials such as towels and chairs.

The property also includes parking, outdoor areas, a green backyard, 2 laundry rooms (1 per level), and an outdoor shower to rinse off after visiting Vieques’ beautiful beaches.

This home is best for families, friends, or groups who want to stay together while still having separate spaces to rest and unwind.

Quiet island barrio environment on Vieques with short drives to Isabel Segunda (the island’s main town), local beaches, small grocery stores, and eateries. The island is known for unspoiled beaches, snorkeling spots, and Mosquito Bay (a world-famous bioluminescent bay). Expect a laid-back, rural–coastal vibe, limited nightlife, and services geared to visitors and local residents.

The home is located in a quiet residential area of Vieques, offering a peaceful local setting while still being a convenient home base for exploring the island. Guests can enjoy calm surroundings, outdoor spaces, and easy driving access to beaches, restaurants, Isabel Segunda, Esperanza, the ferry area, the airport, and Bio Bay tours.

This location is a good fit for travelers who want to rest away from busy tourist areas while still being able to explore both sides of Vieques by car, Jeep, golf cart, or taxi.

Most travel on Vieques is by a vehicle such as an SUV, golf cart, or taxi; rental cars and golf carts are commonly used by visitors. Roads are mostly two‑lane rural routes (some narrow/unpaved). Public transit is minimal. Inter-island travel to/from mainland Puerto Rico is by scheduled small planes (commercial/regional carriers) to Antonio Rivera Rodríguez Airport (VQS) and by ferry service (passenger and vehicle ferries) operating between Ceiba (on the main island of PR) and Vieques. Plan extra time for ferries and flights—schedules can be limited and change seasonally.

*Important note: these items are not available in Vieques. If during a checkout we found one of these broken, it is a high possibility we cannot do a replacement on the same day. Thanks for understanding.

Vieques is a rural island with nature sounds, roosters, and a slower pace of services. The property is comfortable, private, and well-equipped, but it is a relaxed island-style home rather than a luxury resort.

A/C is available in the bedrooms. Portable fans are also available. If any appliance, utility, or equipment is not working properly, please let us know as soon as possible. Since Vieques is an island off the main island of Puerto Rico, repairs, supplies, and services can sometimes take longer than in larger cities, but we will always respond as quickly as possible.

Important Notice: Jacuzzi Not Included
There is a jacuzzi located on the back balcony near the outdoor shower. The jacuzzi is not available for guest use and must not be filled or used under any circumstances. Filling or using the jacuzzi is strictly prohibited and will result in a $500 fee. Guests may use the outdoor shower only.
