Located in the heart of Vienna’s 15th district, we offer fully equipped apartments for short-term stays. Each apartment is accessible from the stairwell via its own entrance door. The amenities include a private kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, and separate toilet. It is ideal for couples, business travelers, families (with children), and solo travelers.

Our vacation apartments are in a great location with a cozy atmosphere. Nearby attractions include Vienna’s Westbahnhof station, and you’ll be staying less than 2 km from Schönbrunn Palace. Everything you need—such as supermarkets, a pharmacy, and public transportation—is right nearby.

Check-in and check-out are handled using a personal 6-digit code. This code grants access to the building and your apartment. The code can be entered directly at the door.

This apartment is located on the first floor and offers 45 m² of space for two people. The apartment, which features tile flooring, is divided into an entryway, a bathroom, a living area with an integrated kitchen, and a bedroom. The living area features a cozy sofa set consisting of a sofa, two armchairs, and a coffee table, a living room cabinet, and a dining area with a table and two chairs. The kitchenette behind the cabinet is equipped with a two-burner stove, a capsule coffee maker, a microwave, a refrigerator, a sink, and a kettle. The bathroom features a shower, a toilet, and a sink. The bedroom features a 180-cm-wide double bed with a nightstand and a spacious closet.

Please note: Vienna is located in a short-term parking zone!
During the designated time periods, parking fees must be paid by displaying a parking ticket. Outside the time-restricted short-term parking zone—such as on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays—you can park for free right on the street in front of the building. There are also Park & Ride facilities nearby that can be used for longer parking periods. A convenient and affordable option is the U4-Center - Vienna | APCOA parking garage.
