Lovely Penthouse Apartment

Great location, with an U-bahn station and a large grocery store both in easy walking distance. We could be in the center of Vienna by St. Stephans Church is about 15 minutes. The neighborhood felt safe, and it was very quiet at night. The apartment has lots of natural light and all the amenities one needs. The host Monika was very kind and helpful. We eiuld definitely stay there again.

Penthouse Loft

Unser Urlaub war super und die Wohnung war perfekt. Die Lage war top, 3 Minuten von der U-Bahnhaltestelle. Besser geht es nicht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super und sehr freundlich . Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und mit allem eingerichtet, was man braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder .

Appartement lumineux et fonctionnel

L'appartement nous a plu, il est lumineux avec une belle vue, dans un quartier vivant avec des commerçants et restaurants, des transports ferroviaires, métro tramway qui vous emmène directement et rapidement dans le centre ville. Il n'est pas très grand, mais il est pratique, il m'a fait penser à l'architecte Le Corbusier par son côté fonctionnel.

Wundervoller Aufenthalt

Wien zur Weihnachtszeit? Ein Traum! Und die Wohnung dazu in bester Lage, nah zur U-Bahn (Johnstr) , maximal 4 Minuten zu Fuß, ruhig, sehr sauber, alles vorhanden, was man braucht und eine so herzlicher Kontakt zur Vermieterin. Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt.

The perfect place in Vienna!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this cute little apartment! Very clean, safe area, and the perfect space we needed for our one-week stay in Vienna. Monika was also a great host- met us there to show us around for check-in, and communication was great the entire time. Highly recommend!

First time in Vienna

This stay was absolutely wonderful! Monika was extremely helpful when checking in and out. We would definitely stay here again, and would recommend this place to others. It was very easy to travel around the city from this location. We look forward to returning to Vienna!

Great spot!

The owners are super nice and accommodating people! The apt was really clean, super unique, and plenty of space for our small family. The area is quiet and close to the palace with transportation to the rest of the city just down the road. Definitely recommend!

Über den Dächern von Wien

Alles wie beschrieben. Tolle Wohnung mit 2 Terrassen. Geniale Lage. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Das ist wichtig den hier gibt es wunderschöne Märkte zum einkaufen. Nur einige Minuten zur U-Bahn, bis in die Innenstadt oder die Randbezirke wo die Weinorte liegen. Ein kleiner Esstisch für die obere Terrasse wäre schön. Sonst war alles in Ordnung.

Vienna for a week.

The apartment is in a nice location with only a short walk to public transportation. Monika greeted us when we arrived and explained everything to us and was very responsive when we had questions. Note if you visit during the summer when they are experiencing high than normal temperatures there will be condensation on the floors due to the AC being floor AC. The view from the rooftop patio is breathtaking. We would definitely stay here again if visiting Vienna.

Einfach perfekt!

Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung, die Lage ist prima, mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe und die U-Bahn-Station ist auch nur wenige Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Mein Sohn (Teenager) und ich haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank an die sehr herzlichen Gastgeber!

Klasse Wohnung in toller Lage

Eine klasse Wohnung mit Ausblick über die Dächer von Wien (von der Dachterasse). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und U-Bahn in direkter Nähe. In 10 Minuten ist man am Steffl, also bestens geeignet als Basis für Stadterkundungen. Sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr nette Gastgeber. Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tage in Wien und kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne Stadtwohnung in guter Lage

Schöne, saubere und gut eingerichtete Dachgeschosswohnung mit tollem Ausblick von der Terasse über die Stadt. Ruhige Lage im Wohngebiet abseits der Touristengegenden mit U-Bahn- und Straßenbahnanschluss sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sehr netter Empfang und Beratung. Gerne wieder.

Tolle Wohnung tolle Stadt

Chech in war problemlos. Die Wohnung liegt zentral zur U-Bahn. Wir haben wunderbar geschlafen. Es war sehr ruhig. Bäcker gleich in der Nähe, sowie Supermarkt und schöne Lokale. Wir haben beide Terrassen genossen. Frühstück draußen und am Nachmittag ein Schläfchen auf dem Liegestuhl. Sehr schöner Biergarten im Schutzhaus Zukunft.

Discovering Vienna

Our stay at the apartment was great. Our overseas flight was delayed and our connection missed. Monika was terrific in assisting us with a “check-in” option 2 plan that went smoothly and her assistance was so appreciated. Apartment is as depicted in listing. Located in a quiet residential area with handy grocery, bakery and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay very much.
