Our host Eva was fantastic! She helped us before we arrived and while we were there! She was so welcoming and so responsive when I had questions! The apartment was wonderful. Great location. The entire stay was wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay in Vienna. The beds were very comfortable, the shower was fantastic, and we enjoyed the kitchen/foyer area (and were surprised by how warm and comfortable this area was). The location was ideal for walking to the inner city, and commuting a few stops to the Austria Center for a work conference. We would absolutely stay here again!

Location is absolutely perfect! The Nestroyplatz stop was right outside our door which allowed us to travel quickly around the city. The space was also perfect for 3 adults. We loved sitting on the terrace in the mornings and evenings. Beds were very comfortable. Host was very responsive. Would stay again for sure!

Excellent location with cafes and Metro right at the doorstep and easy access to Old Town areas. Comfortable quarters with lots of bedding and towels, a great shower (that can also be a steam bath). Host Eva was very responsive to all of our needs.

Der Check-in hat problemlos geklappt. Der Schlüssel wir über einen Schlüsseltresor bereit gestellt. Die Info dazu kam kurz vorher direkt von der Vermieterin. Die Küche ist auf dem Balkon (zum Innenhof), was etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig ist. Bei schlechtem Wetter oder im Winter könnte das Kochen trotz vorhandener Heizstrahler unangenehm werden. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit allem was man täglich braucht. Kaffee mit Milch und Zucker wurde ebenfalls bereitgestellt.Der Rest der Wohnung ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden. Die Wohnung liegt im 5. Stock, im Dachgeschoss. Dank Klimaanlage sind hohe Temperaturen im Sommer aber kein Problem.Ein Aufzug ist vorhanden. Jedoch ist er recht klein (man muss mit Gepäck u.U. mehrmals fahren).Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Lage in der Innenstadt und ist sehr gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Die Wohnung kann auf jeden Fall empfohlen werden. Sie ist sehr gut geeignet für Familien.

Great place and great location.

Two spacious bedrooms and a large bathroom were ideal for our needs. Outdoor kitchen area is beautiful for a morning coffee. Location is ideal for anyone using the public rail system or walking to any of the main sites, all about a 1-1.5 mile walk. We enjoyed our stay.

Praktisch

Wir waren 4 Tage über Silvester in Wien. Die Anbindung an die U-Bahn bestens, nämlich direkt vor der Haustür und nur 2 Stationen vom Stephansplatz weg. Im Sommer auch leicht zu Fuß erreichbar. Wohnung ruhig und sauber.. In nächster Nähe auch gute Auswahl an Lokalen.

Short stay for congress

Brilliant! Perfect location for Messe Wien congress centre <25 min walk. Nice street. Next to underground to get to old town at night and back. Huge rooms. Lovely quirky outside inner balcony. Well furnished and equipped. Missing nothing for our stay. Highly recommend. (On the app, the instructions for how to get into the building are under 'driving and parking' rather than 'check-in'. Needs to be moved. Under check-in has how to get into the flat but not the buidling) to

Fantastic location!!!

The place was charming and the location was superb! Walkable to everything and a subway stop right out the front door. The only place for improvement was the air conditioning. There was one unit in one of the bedrooms but it failed to cool the rest of the place. We happened to be visiting during an heat wave in July. Otherwise it's a great place.

A gold fish bowl with no light control

The bedrooms were BRIGHT - the ceiling of the bedrooms was glass with white cotton blind, nothing to block the light to sleep in summer.... The kitchen is located outside - one wonders who of the guests would offer to cook in winter... There is no lounge, as such - no comfortable chairs to relax. There is a Finnish steam room - available to use (understandably, at additional fee) but no instructions about its use Also, the roof leaked during a rather wet Vienna night

Train right at the door step!

The apartment worked well for our family dynamics and travel needs - the train steps are literally at the door step of the building! The layout is quirky, though, so be sure to review the listing carefully as it's hard to describe but the two bedrooms actually open out into a common area that seems to be part of a courtyard but it was well protected from the wind and rain, even in December. We specifically choose to stay in apartments over hotels for their charm (and spaciousness!), so it we enjoyed it! We did not utilize the steam shower option offered, but the regular shower water was a hot and a nice pressure. There are two super convenient cafes that worked well for getting our mornings started - one at the base of the building and another sit-down-friendly option across the street which super friendly staff and a an incredibly yummy chocolate-covered gingerbread loaf that is locally made. Have fun!

Extremely disappointed

I have never given a bad review for any rental property, but I feel compelled to share my experience. I rented the 2 apartments for my husband and 2 adult children. There are many things about the description that are misleading. Firstly, the listing states that this is a "Spacious, modern, bright and quiet room with kitchen in a penthouse apartment". Actually, there is no kitchen and the kitchenette is on a balcony (not inside) that is exposed to the elements, so it is cold and extremely uncomfortable to use, especially in December when I was there. The host will say that there is a space heater on the patio, but this is an unacceptable replacement for a kitchen and should not be called one. It is also not private. All the entry doors (those into the patio, into one bedroom and into the dining area) have panes of glass on the upper half, so guests can be viewed by others from the main apartment building. The water heater made noise one of the nights we were there, which kept everyone awake. Also, I was charged an "extra person" fee, despite the fact that I reserved the two adjoining apartments for 4 people, and the description states they accommodate 5 people. When I complained about the extra charge, I was told that I was charged an "extra person" charge because I used 6 beds in the 2 rooms. But, I did not reserve beds, I reserved apartments and the furniture within them. Vrbo is for Vacation rentals, not bed rentals, which are Hostels.

Everything about this rental went extremely well. The. Location was perfect for us. The rooms were very comfortable. Eva was very friendly. Definitely would stay here again.
