Stayed here with my 2 daughters and a few things were a challenge. The apartment is large and very clean. The description says clothes dryer (one of the main reasons we booked this apartment). There is a,small washer and drying rack, but no clothes dryer. A rack is not a clothes dryer, especially in winter. Also when we arrived the apartment was very cold. We kept trying to work the thermostat (no instructions), emailed the house manager several times, and finally heard back it's radiator heat. It took most of the night to heat the apartment. Lastly, I had emailed the owner several times about a severe feather allergy and was assured there were no feathers. We'll, every pillow was feather. We got new pillows for the 2nd night, but we were only there 3 nights. The owner gave us a small refund, but it definitely didn't cover no sleep the first night. The location is out of the City loop, so it's about a 15 min walk. Not too bad, but in retrospect, we would've stayed closer in (especially given the dryer ans heater issues). Lastly, we left something expensive in the apartment. I emailed the owner within hours of leaving and got no reply.
