Located in the heart of Vienna’s 15th district, we offer fully equipped apartments for short-term stays. Each apartment is accessible from the stairwell via its own entrance door. The amenities include a private kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, and separate toilet. It’s ideal for couples, business travelers, families (with children), and solo travelers.

Check-in and check-out are handled using a personal 6-digit code. This code grants access to the building and your apartment. The code can be entered directly at the door.

Please note: Vienna is located in a short-term parking zone!
During the designated hours, parking fees must be paid by displaying a parking ticket. Outside of the time-restricted short-term parking zone—such as on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays—you can park for free right on the street in front of the building.
