Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, It is regrettable to learn that you were dissatisfied with the flat. We cannot change all the points. Some flats are located on the street side and normal street noise is to be expected. There are enough windows which can be tilted to be safe enough while providing enough fresh air. I am sorry about the blocked drain and the damaged faucet. This should have been noticed by our colleague. I have passed on your feedback and we will endeavour to improve it for future arrivals.
