Apartament dera Pincela is a spacious and bright flat for up to 7 people. Distributed on a single floor, you will find a very spacious living-dining room with kitchen and fireplace, a double bedroom with its own bathroom, a separate bathroom, a double bedroom and a bedroom with capacity for up to 3 people - 2 bunk beds and 1 trundle bed.

In spring 2026, the property underwent a general upgrade designed to enhance both comfort and overall appearance, including improvements to the interior finishes and a renewal of the living room furniture, as well as the mattresses, with the aim of offering an even more pleasant stay experience.

- A small cleaning kit (cloth, scourer, dishwasher) and a toilet kit (small shampoo, gel and bar of soap), a roll of toilet paper per bathroom will be provided on arrival. You WILL NOT find any other cleaning or toilet products in the house. Nor will you find any food unless you ask us for it, in which case we will give you the instructions to buy it on-line in our collaborating supermarket (COMPLEMENTARY SERVICE PRICE) and we will leave it in the fridge of your flat.
