My family and I appreciated the proximity of the apartment to the Zell am See Xpress, the frequency of shuttles, and the availability of a ski rental store.Unfortunately, the address displayed on the listing is imprecise and confusing: the address refers to Saalbach-Hinterglemm, and entering the address into Google Maps leads you to Saalbach (a significantly bigger town with more amenities) rather than Viehhofen. The confusion led our taxi driver to Saalbach, and by the time we found the correct address, we had spent 40 minutes and 90 euros in the taxi. We also had to rush back to Saalbach to buy groceries, since there was no grocery store open in Viehhofen. Simply including Viehhofen in the written address would have prevented this trouble and expense. I can't imagine that I was the first guest to have been confused by the address. But the host insisted that the listing was sufficient, blamed the taxi company for the mistake, and refused to rectify the issue.
