The encounter you had with one of our team member showed that (Mr Samuel) had initially advised that there was a problem with your reservation prior before the date of check-in, in a WhatsApp chat with you he advice you rebook or cancel your booking and we realise you were shown a different apartment from your initial choice of apartment in the same facility. In additional he informed us he tried rendering an assistance in the aftermath of this situation.We understand how frustrating this might be and we once again sincerely apologise over this incident. we value all our guests and we always ensure they get the best hospitality service.Thank you.
