Beautiful
Everything was beautiful. Perfect spot to relax & enjoy nature. Isabel was awesome with directions to get there. Place was clean & had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend.

Views can't be beat
Stayed overnight before an early work shift in the next town over. Views are unbelievable, very quiet space and I had a restful sleep. Of note - To check in/check out, or leave the property at any point during your stay you will need to text the contact person. Also, there's a waiver to sign at check in which specifies that you shouldn't lean on the banister on the deck. I found this clause odd, but it was explained to me how it was a safety concern rather than a structural issue. Overall, highly recommend, can't be beat for the price.

Quiet Stay on the Mountain
Isabel & Sean(Shawn?) were wonderful hosts! This place is off the radar but the hosts instructions are clear. The loft is clean and beautiful. If you’re looking for a quiet little place to yourself, this is it. We had deers out or back window in the evenings in the property behind. The views are stunning! Lots of fun stuff to do nearby; we had a whale watching trip but also went to Goldstream the following day. You can stay in, or go out. But this place is great !

The property was peacfull and privite no television so be prepared for your own accounts eg: netflix, the bed is very uncomfortable, and need of a clock radio for music, otherwize a very cute place to have a day or 2 away not much longer than that ! The road in is very unsafe, the city needs to make it a 2 way street not a 1 lane street for a 2 way

We used to live in this area and really enjoyed staying for a couple of days to appreciate how time has seen the area remain even greener and lusher than we remember. Our hosts were superb and although pets are not allowed, they have a dog of their own which, as cat people, we were able to text them when we were coming and going, ensuring the dog did not bother us at all. It’s a cozy nice little space, a perfect base for sojourns to the wonders of Goldstream Park, and only few minutes to Victoria. We did notice a dramatic increase in traffic however, so it is quite challenging to leave from the park entrance carefully waiting for a break in the flow of travellers in July. Otherwise, we’ll certainly be happy to return, it was lovely.

Location is perfect for our needs. Communicate with host was easy and very helpful. Host met us at the front gate, very friendly, instructions clear and precise. Accommodation 10/10, amenities to the comfort of the bed. Will definitely return.

Wonderful getaway spot!
This was such a beautiful place to stay, up in the forest and up a hill! It was a bit confusing to get to at first as my friend and I had never been to the area before and it was approximately 1 AM upon arrival but once we found the place the first time, we had no issues after that. Isabel was a wonderful host, she had recommended some beautiful spots for us to check out! The loft itself was cozy. The area smells really pretty too, so thats always a bonus! I highly recommend this loft for your next stay in the area. Thank you again, Isabel!

Amazing nature getaway 20 minutes from Victoria
We had a great relaxing time at Isabel and Sean's place. The property is surrounded by forest and the Goldstream Provincial Park. The suite had everything we needed and offered a lot of privacy. The hosts are very attentive and friendly. Will definitely come back again next time we are in Victoria!

We love it too much
We are a couple from Vancouver city. During the long weekend, we just wish to reconnect with natural and relax. And we got all we want from this place. First of all, hosts are extremely helpful and nice, and the location is just right inside the provincial park. We just love this place and are looking for a chance to revisit this place.

The beautiful place

Awesome Getaway
Great place to get away from the hustle and still be close to any amenities. It is a very peaceful spot with views of the mountains and forest. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming people. Highly recommend this place.

No complaints about our stay. The loft was peaceful, quiet, and clean. There are nice areas to walk and hike around the property. The landlord was welcoming and kind. This is a great place to stay for two people that isn’t fancy but has everything you need.

Amazing location off the beaten path surrounded by mountains and forests. Had all the amenities one might typically expect. Property manager was very friendly and went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable. Overall, great value for money. I'd definitely stay here again. You do need a car to get here though - if you're planning to do a lot of sightseeing in Victoria (and aren't driving), you might want to consider something else. Some might see this as a downside, but I think it makes for a perfect nature retreat less than 30 mins from Victoria.

Best of both worlds
This was just what we needed! A cosy, quiet place nestled in the forest, close enough to drive to the busy city for the day to enjoy fine eating and tourist activities. Make sure to take a hike at Goldstream Park!

We went on a mini weekend getaway and it was perfect for this. Really private. Felt like you were in the middle of the forest but still close to stores. There is no cable TV but that didn't bother us. Very clean and cozy. Looking forward to going back.

Beautiful area and quiet. We love nature so this was perfect. Very cozy space. There are stairs, so people with mobility issues would have difficulty. It had everything we needed for our stay. Fridge, coffee maker, microwave. We brought our own coffee but there was coffee and tea provided. Very nice couple. We would definitely see if we can stay again when our that way. Not too far from the city and a nice drive to get there.
