Paradise yes!

Enrico was kind enough to pick us up from the Vico Equense train station. He ordered pizzas and wine for us which was delivered— we ate outside with an exceptional view. He invited us up with other friends to a karaoke experience! We also received a ride back to the station the next morning! Such a unique experience w with a spectacular vista below

Priceless View

You don't have to drive to Ravello for its view, because the view from Romeo's property is just as amazing. We arrived from Rome in late-afternoon, and did not eat lunch. Romeo cooked pasta for us. He even drove us to town to buy grocery. While we were in town, he personally walked us to a gelato place. He also drew us a map of where to visit/stop when we drove to Amalfi Coast. Grapes and figs from his garden were extremely tasty.. The final stretch to his property is extremely narrow. It fits only one car. Make sure that you rent a small car. I highly recommend this place. I will 100% stay here again.

Unfortunate experience

The property itself was beautiful. The description was pretty good. Except it was not close to any public transportation. The host offered and did drive us a few times and asked for gas money. He made it seem like you couldn’t get around without him. We found out we could walk to a little town nearby and get the bus. The owner was very domineering and at first we accepted that he knew better about the area. But quickly he hijacked our plans and made us feel trapped. It escalated when he invited us to his house for karaoke (on the same property) and ended up trapping my 20 year old daughter in the bathroom and sexually assaulting her while she repeatedly said stop in Italian and English. We had no where else to go as everything was booked. We also saw how connected he was in the town and worried about that. My sons talked to him and told him what happened was outrageous and he was not to talk to us when we walked by his house to go anywhere. It was a horrible situation. My daughter was extremely upset and on edge the remaining days.

Amazing views and excellent host

We stayed here while visiting Italy for a family wedding. This location provided great access to the Amalfi Coast, Pompeii, and the wedding venue (all by car). Vico Equense was the closest town at the bottom of the mountain, but preferred making the short drive to Seranto. There was a local mini market 5 minutes from the accommodation which had a large selection of essentials (note these close at 1pm on Sunday if arriving on a Sunday as we did). The owner, Romeo, was very friendly, gave us an amazing welcome, and always offered us drinks when returned from a day out. Always happy to offer assistance and on hand should we need anything. The access road is very narrow, but no problem as long as you hire a small car. We had a Fiat Panda which was perfect to access the accommodation and also perfect for driving around this region of Italy (narrow/busy town and mountain roads). The accommodation was perfect for our short stay, with the only real criticism the showers. Both showers were weak (but expected being up a mountain) and would recommend replacement of the main shower heads as both were in a worse than wear state. However, second smaller shower head did work just enough to have a shower so we never felt a need to complain during our stay. Would recommend staying here if you want to explore the region or just want a beautiful quite place to relax. Hot tub was empty and dirty during our whole stay so never got the opportunity to enjoy it.

Propriété avec une vue magnifique au calme. Vraiment le top si vous souhaitez être isolé sans être trop loin de tout. Enrico et aux petits soins tout en restant très discret. Je recommande vivement cette location vous ne le regretterez pas.

Paradis de tranquilité ... Mais !!!

Nous sommes un couple et avions choisi cette maison pour sa localisation, les prescriptions indiquées et l'aspect tranquilité auquel nous attachons beaucoup d'importance. Si la localisation et la propreté du lieu sont indéniables, en revanche l'assurance de tranquilité n'est pas au rendez vous. En effet, nous avions réservé d'après le descriptif une maison de 92 m2 avec 3 chambres et deux salles de bains. En réalité nous disposions d'une chambre, d'un salon , d'une cuisine et de deux salle de bains pour une superficie d'environ 50 m2. Le plus gênant était que le salon était séparé d'un second appartement par une simple porte communiquante sans insonorisation. ce second appartement étant occupé, le moindre bruit était audible de part et d'autre. En fait nous pensons que l'annonce ne correspond pas à la réalité et nous estimons que le rapport qualité prix est faussé. Un autre point important qui mérite d'être signalé concerne l'accès très étroit réservé aux conducteurs aguerris et aux petits véhicules. En effet nous avions loué une C3 et avons décidé raisonnablement de garer le véhicule à quelques centaines de mètres de la propriété pour éviter tout dommage.

FarmHouse Villa Paradise Cannot Be Missed

Our host Romeo was the most personable, kindest and accommodating host we have met on our trip to Italy. He met us and shuttled us to the house, offered us rides into town for groceries and even built us a custom fire pit. The rental property offers a private, relaxing patio while enjoying the fantastic views.. This is a must see VRBO in Southern Italy, Romeo is a five star host.

Un lieu unique. Attention à l'accès pour s'y rendre. Cela dit, un propriétaire serviable et cool.

Vue paradisiaque et incontestable du logement. Conditions d'accès au site à mieux définir. Conditions de mise à disposition du lave linge à mieux préciser. Sinon, superbe séjour. Propriétaire paternel, au point d'en être embarrassés parfois (pour nous) mais d'une gentillesse et d'une attention débordante. Des vacances et un lieu mémorable. Je recommande. Stunning views and wonderful house

The house and views are incredible. It’s quiet and you feel like you are high above away from it all. There is no parking next to the entrance but close by down a hill is a place to park. The owner was very accommodating and has transformed his land to yield fruit trees, all types of plants and flowers to make the experience very beautiful. He desires for his guests to have a great stay and will help in any way he can to make that happen. Over all if you are able to be a bit more remote this place is fantastic 👍🏼

Great experience

Our stay at Enrico's property was very enjoyable. The view is amazing, the location is great, we enjoyed the AC very much to recover from long days outside under the sun. Everything was very clean at our arrival, and communication with Enrico is extremely easy and efficient. Our rental car was a Peugeot 5008, which was very big for the small road leading to the property. It was still possible to get in and out, but having a smaller car would have made things easier.

Séjour très agréable

Séjour très agréable. Enrico est très sympathique et très accueillant. Très belle vue sur la mer. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la climatisation. Le petit chemin d’accès à la location nécessite d’avoir une voiture étroite. Opel corsa pour ma part ça passe très bien. Je recommande !

Ci sarà una ragione se si chiama Paradise

Posto fantastico e panorama mozzafiato. La struttura è dotata di tutti i comfort, la connessione WIFI (sono 4, e coprono tutta l'area esterna) va come un treno. L'host, Romeo, è una persona amabilissima, sempre pronta a regalare un sorriso e a soddisfare le esigenze dei propri ospiti. Posto perfetto per qualunque gruppo di vacanzieri, dalle famiglie alle coppie ai single. Torneremo.

Ruime vakantiewoning, mooi uitzicht, moeilijk bereikbaar.

Ruime vakantiewoning op een hooggelegen locatie met prachtig uitzicht. Geen zwembad maar wel een lekkere, verkoelende whirlpool met schitterend uitzicht. Hele aardige eigenaren, die altijd bereid zijn om te helpen of adviseren. Jammer dat in de advertentie niet vermeld staat dat deze vakantiewoning alleen bereikbaar is via een zeer steile, zeer smalle weg (ongeveer 2 meter breed), waardoor je met een wat bredere auto niet (of niet makkelijk) naar boven komt. Gezien de prijs is het ook wel heel jammer dat er geen airco in de woning beschikbaar is.

Traumhafte Ferienwohnung mit Panoramablick

Das in einem alten Olivenhain gelegene Bauernhaus von Luigi ist der Traum eines jeden Italien Urlaubers, der abseits des Massentourismus seinen individuellen Urlaub verbringen möchte. Das aufwendig umgebaute Bauernhaus verfügt über zwei Schlafräume mit komfortablen Doppelbetten, zwei Bädern, einem Wohnzimmer und einer Küche sowie einer Außenterrasse mit Sitzmöbeln und einer Hängeliege sowie einem großen Holzkohlegrill. Neben der mit einem Sonnensegel überdachten Außenterrasse stehen noch zwei Terrassen mit Liegen und einem kleinen Poll zur Verfügung. Von hier aus kann man den abendlichen Sonnenuntergang mit Blick auf die Bucht von Neapel, Capri und Ischia genießen. Allein der Ausblick ist eine Reise wert. In der großzügigen Gartenanlage und einem Olivenhain mit 600 Bäumen wächst so ziemlich alles was das den Gaumen erfreut. Zitronen, Limetten, Oliven, Feigen, Granatapfel um nur einige zu nennen. Das nächstgelegene Restaurant ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Der nächste Supermarkt ist mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Luigi, unser Vermieter, war immer sehr hilfreich wenn wir irgendwelche Fragen hatten und hat uns in allen Belangen seine Gastfreundschaft angeboten. So hat er uns jeden morgen ein frisches Brot vorbei gebracht und uns bei Bedarf im Ort oder im Supermarkt abgeholt. Für uns war es ein wunderschöner und erholsamer Urlaub in einem tollen alten Bauernhaus in einer wunderschönen Umgebung.
