We spent one night at this hotel and loved it. We arrived early and one of our rooms was already ready, which was very convenient. Simple rooms but with everything. tried to cancel 7 days before the stay thru email, thru phone call, thru expedia agent. because of a visa denial. they said they talked with hotel to try to get cancellation. but when i called the hotel expedia never called or tryed nothing.
