"Stayed one night on our way back to Southern CA from Portland. Nicely decorated rooms. Loved the stained glass window in Suite 1. Comfortable bed. Relaxing garden area with plenty of chairs. There were mosquitoes and other bugs. Wished the bathroom was closer to the rooms. It feels a little like glamping. "

"We have been staying at this property annually for 4 years usually 2 weeks at a time. It is always clean and ready for us. It’s in a very beautiful and safe neighborhood. Sally is very easy to work with and always pleasant. "

"The guest house has everything needed and more. Very clean, quiet, comfortable and easy access. My stay was short but wouldn’t hesitate to use for longer stays when needed. Host very easy and quick to communicate with. "

"This is a great place with lots of character. Very well updated older home. The furnishings are very nice and the fresh fruit and fresh eggs were great.The host was very accommodating and responsive. Lots of driveway space to park cars and turn around in. Perfect commuter location for the airport or downtown Sacramento."

"All correspondence with hosts was through VRBO messaging & they were very efficient in making sure we got all the information we needed to stay comfortably. The location was perfect for us because it was centrally located near places we decided to go to. The one-bedroom, one bath home was clean & had some complimentary items, extra bedding, towels, & cookware we could use. The neighborhood was quiet & easy to get to with plenty of parking outside to park. Will definitely stay here if we return...

"Cute little house with some extra details immediately around it, including a hot tub just out front. Easy directions and check in with keypad. One little thing we would have liked differently was the toilet location. It sits about 4ft away, directly facing the bed. So if someone’s in bed, facing away from the wall, you are staring at whoever’s using the toilet. OH, and they had a basket full of just about anything you need but may have forgotten and all for reasonable prices! "

"Beautiful, well maintained home and property equipped with everything you need and more. Gorgeous gardens, fresh eggs await in the fridge, BBQ options galore and beautiful pool to swim in and relax by. A hidden gem in the quiet, county setting. Highly recommended should you find yourself in the Auburn area. "

"Cute property. Nice space and clean. Great location. However, no indication is was in the back of an attorney's office, this was unnerving since we hadn't been notified and the ad clearly says we get the whole house. It should have been part of the ad. Beds were uncomfortable for both of us. And my allergies bothered me a lot, musty or mold or something. Be careful if you have allergies. It's a cute place for the price though. "

"My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Carolyn’s home. Everything was super clean, light switches and other things were clearly labeled for easier accessibility, and she has many complimentary common items for use that guest might need during their stay! We had some trouble figuring out how to use the AC units and she quickly came over (within minutes) and turned them on for us. The property is quiet, cozy, and perfect for a stay in Orangevale/near Sacramento! "

"We were happy and comfortable in this very well equipped cottage that is walking distance to old town Auburn! Especially loved the high end finishes, easy cooking and modern bathroom. The owners clearly put thought and pride into creating an exceptional experience for their guests! "

"We really enjoyed our stay in Folsom and the home played a big role. It was well laid out, clean, well supplied, and very centrally located to the places in town we wanted to see. There are a lot of great places to eat and trails to walk on, a short walking distance from the home. The owners provided helpful information before our stay and checked in to make sure things were going ok. Would definitely stay here again. "

"They made me a charge for $20 unexpected to date they have not returned the deposit the elevator was in bad condition in the hotel looks luxurious but it is not and I think I have hosted the best hotels with better benefits such as breakfast included for less money and I paid more than $35 so that breakfast was included and at the last minute I think that was what they charged me for two people and the staff treats you badly they told me that my reservation did not exist and I only booked that hotel because my boyfriend told me he wanted that hotel when I feel that I know better"
