"We loved sitting on the porch and listening to the birds in the morning! Saw wild turkeys too. There was a record player cued up with a Conway Twitty record, which we played when we came in, really fun! Lots of room to stretch out. Didn't use the hot tub but nice option. Had a couple minor glitches with things, which always happens at rentals, but nothing that would reduce our rating! Thansk for a great weekend stay."

"Exactly as advertised. Great spot for a family getaway. So peaceful and beautiful. Easy drive to downtown Vevay for restaurant and shopping options. Really enjoyed being able to take my dog on a walk through the woods. We spent many hours around the firepit in the backyard. We would absolutely stay here again."

"The property is beautiful and has great outdoor spaces including the back porch, fishing dock and fire pit. The house has plenty of room for dining and lounging incase the weather is too bad to enjoy the outside. We especially enjoyed the sunroom off of the master suite. The owners are very nice and respond quickly if needed. The property is located about 30 minutes from Madison and 15 minutes from Vevay."

"It was an adventure crossing the creek after a lot of rain, but we made it! There was plenty of room for our family of 11. The host was very attentive to our needs. Not every family member was prepared for the rusticness, but we had a great time nonetheless. The area is just gorgeous!"

"This property was a great location with a lot around it and it was a decent midway point for going to the Arc Encounter, the Creation Museum and Ohio and Indiana! It held all of us perfectly and the rooms and bathrooms were great. Kitchen did its job of being there for us to do a little cooking and storing our food for the few days we were there! I highly recommend choosing this house if you need the space! We would definitely rent this house again if we come back to the area!!"

"My husband and I wanted to get away from all the craziness, and this was the perfect place. It was secluded and private but only about 15-20 minutes away from numerous cute little towns. The house was spotless and there were cute little touches added throughout. The only (sorta) not great thing was the water pressure (as some others have said), but even with that, we’d stay here again in a heartbeat!"
