Great overall property, location is a bit secluded but very close to bus and tram lines less than a 3 minute walk. Staff is exceptional very friendly and helpful, Breakfast is excellent, there is nothing negative to say about this property.

All was ok until someone from the stuff approached me during breakfast raising her voice (almost screaming) telling me that breakfast was not included (it was) and that I should go to reception. I left in the middle of my breakfast y confirmed that it was included with reception. Nobody apologised ...
