The house was built in 1965, but has undergone extensive renovation in 2022, so it offers modern comfort and a cozy atmosphere.



When you enter the house, you are greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The living room is both cozy and spacious, here you can enjoy the warmth of the wood-burning stove on cool evenings or use the heat pump to keep the temperature comfortable all year round. The large windows provide a spectacular view of the fjord, and the open connection to the kitchen makes it possible to join in the conversations while preparing delicious meals. The kitchen is well-equipped with an induction stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher - everything you need to cook good food.



The holiday home has two lovely bedrooms, both with double beds, and a functional bathroom with shower and toilet.



For those who love the outdoors, there are beautiful terraces right outside the door where you can sit and enjoy the view, lunch or prepare meals on the grill and enjoy it under the covered terrace, where there is also a lounge sofa set. With 200 meters to the fjord, you have ample opportunity to swim, take a trip in the 2 kayaks available, or take a nice walk along the beach.



A short walk along the fjord and you are at the marina, which offers water shelters and a sauna. You also have shopping and a restaurant within a few minutes' walk.
