"Our family had a fantastic stay at this hidden gem! The location is a bit of a trek-about 25-30 minutes to the hot springs, but has stunning views from the patio. The cabin was impeccably clean, and the layout made it perfect for our family of five. "Fabulous place!! Loved the decor! Pictures didn’t do it justice. Probably the best appointed rental I’ve ever stayed in. All the spices one might want, fully outfitted kitchen. Very cozy and comfortable. Great location, walk to hot springs. Though close to the Main Street it is well insulated so very quiet. Ohea was a wonderful host, very responsive. Bed was very comfortable. Loved the shower. I would definitely stay again!!"

"We enjoyed this cabin immensely for our long ski weekend. It was so cozy and the fire a-blazing made for an incredibly warm and relaxing atmosphere. The cabin was clean and the kitchen was well equipped to allow us to prep our dinners and breakfasts. The proximity to Monarch, Salida, and the river were ideal. The host, Charles, was attentive and friendly. We will be back!!"

"Came to Buena Vita last year for a day trip, came back this year for a longer stay with our 2 dogs. Jackie's cabin had everything we all needed for a very comfortable stay. Cabin in a quiet neighborhood but only 5-10 minutes from grocery store, restaurants, shops and downtown. Cabin had a large, fenced in, grassy backyard that our dogs loved with great views of the mountains :) Hope to stay here stay here again in the future. "

"This property was perfect for our anniversary trip with an infant. They had a high chair and travel crib and kids books, which made packing easier. Having the hot tub on-site was wonderful in the evenings, and being right on the bike trail was super fun! Ride two miles into town or go long in either direction. We loved the wraparound deck and didn’t mind the highway noise at all. Book it. You won’t regret it!"
