"What a beautiful property right at the base of the slope! Even though it was summer, there was plenty to do on property, and we took quite a few hikes off property as well as explored the downtown area. The front desk team was fantastic. We had a minor issue with our washer not working and the speed with which they responded and took care of the issue was amazing! The unit was fantastic! We could not have been more comfortable during our stay. We will definitely be returning!"

"Grandpa’s Cabin is perfect ! Beautiful Mountain Views, hummingbirds, hiking in neighborhood, Long Lake. House had everything we needed for our group of 8 .. plenty of hot water for showers in the 3 bathrooms, comfortable beds, kitchen was stocked with all we needed for multiple meals.. including a new grill. We had a wonderful family trip, this was our second vacation there and we will definitely return ! "

"We loved the “barn”! The house and the surrounding property were clean and so beautiful. The river, the stars at night, the peaceful quiet and the hummingbirds were our favorites! "Yes, a hot tub would be great, but overall, it was a beautiful setting, very private and tastefully decorated. Perhaps a few more items in the kitchen would have been helpful. Like 4 coffee cups instead of just three (our reservation was for 4), A bowl to make salad in, and maybe some wineglasses. Thanks, though, it was a great stay."

"Cabin was great! Beautiful view of the mountains off of the deck. Wildlife every morning and evening. Cabin was clean and well stocked with supplies and accessories. Dean was an amazing host, he was in constant communication with us, before, during and after our stay. Highly recommend this relaxing getaway. We will definitely come back and visit."

"We absolutely loved this place - we wanted privacy on the mountain and that's what we got! We walked out the door and hiked up a mountain, we drove 5 minutes and checked out Pinkerton Hot Spring, we drove N. 25 minutes and hiked Cascades waterfall! The house has EVERYTHING we needed and was appointed with everything I forgot to bring, a true delight while on vacay with children! The only complaint about our stay - we didn't realize the highway would be so loud. At night there isn't much traffic...
