The house was great. Beautiful grounds and pool. Loved the out door BBQ area. The house is modern and very clean inside. I would definitely stay again, my family loved it. Kids had lots to do, from the trampoline, playing football , table tennis and pool. It is only a 10 min drive from Verona. Great restaurants near by and vineyards easy to drive to. Ticked all the boxes.

What a SUPER house!!Everything is so well arranged and organised! We LOVED the outdoor kitchen, that even had its extra fridge amd dishwasher... really fantastic!The kids ( and us !) enjoyed the pool, the trampoline, the pingpong table, the beautiful garden.There is so much to do in Verona and its surrounding that we felt we hadnt enough time for it all... love to come back.We appreciated the friendly communication with the owner, who gave us many good tips during our stay!

Delightful Stay at Villa Beatrice

Our family stayed a week in this charming property in the hills outside Verona. The house is very attractive, the garden, pool and views are wonderful. Simone was the ideal host, very helpful with many great suggestions but not intrusive.

Lovely Stay in the Verona Countryside

Well, what more can I say that has not already been said in the countless positive reviews of Villa Beatrice and its amazing host Simone? We were looking for a serene place with all the amenities for a 5-day working holiday, and that's exactly what we got! The premises are beautiful and the villa had everything we needed. We are a family of four so there was more space than we needed but the kids loved having their own big bedrooms! It was a hot week but the air conditioning kept the villa very comfortable, and the wifi worked great (two of us on Teams calls at the same time, no issues, and it even works by the pool!). The wood-fired BBQ was fun for an outdoor dinner. Communication with Simone was excellent. He helped us find everything: the grocery store, the best sights to see in Verona, free parking lots, great gelato and pizza, restaurant reservations, and even a basketball court so my basketball-obsessed son could shoot some hoops. Simone can arrange for a chef, which we took advantage of on the first night since we were arriving after a long drive. Highly recommend! As others have said, a car is very convenient to have in this location especially if you want to get out for sightseeing and getting groceries etc. All in all, a very special stay in beautiful Verona. Thank you Simone!

Erholung pur - wunderschön

Die Villa Beatrice ist an wunderschöner Lage, ca. 8 km oberhalb Verona mit einem grossen, gepflegten Garten und einem tollen Pool,der für Erfrischung sorgt. Beste Infrastruktur für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Der Gastgeber Simone Cosinelli ist überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Jeder Zeit zu empfehlen!

Lovely home - highly recommend

This is a lovely home to explore Verona and the Veneto region. Simone was a fantastic host who was very communicative and helpful. He allowed us to check in early, met us at the property to describe the features of the home, sent wonderful recommendations for restaurants, parking, things to see, etc. and he was very responsive throughout our stay. We used every recommendation and were never disappointed. The property has a very spacious yard for families to enjoy. The pool, trampoline, hammock, outdoor grille and covered dining/sitting areas were where we spent our days and evenings. The kids had room to play and a variety of things to do. The views were spectacular! Inside was clean, comfortable and efficient for cooking and relaxing. All of the necessary amenities were included. If you’re looking for ultra-high end furnishings, this is not the home for you. The cookware is aging and the beds/pillows could be updated. That said, the inside of the home offers spacious rooms and bathrooms with a good kitchen and living room. The home has a dog living on property, which was a wonderful surprise to our family as we love dogs! Shanty became a member of the family shortly after we arrived on property. The home is about 15-20 minutes drive into the city center. The roads are narrow and winding - have a good navigation system! Verona is one of our favorite Italian cities and Casa Beatrice was delightful, making our trip peaceful and easy to explore. We highly recommend!

Fantastic Stay in beautiful Verona Hills

Really enjoyed our stay. The garden area and pool is simply superb. There plenty of games and activities as well for the kids and us. Verona is beautiful and is only a short 15min drive away. The views were incredible. If they newly renovate & upgrade the inside then this place will be out of this world. 10/10

Tolles Haus für Familie und Freunde

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche mit Freunden und einem Kleinkind in dem Haus von Simone. Er hat uns mit allen Anfragen geholfen und Tipps gegeben. Das Haus verfügt über die nötige Grundausstattung. Es ist etwas hellhörig und die Badezimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Auf dem Grundstück lebt ein Hund. Er ist sehr freundlich und kinderlieb. Das absolute Highlight ist der riesige Garten mit dem tollen Pool, Hängematte, Tischtennis und großzügiger Grillecke und einem tollen Blick auf die Hügel vor Verona. Die Stadt erreicht man sehr schnell, auch eine nette Bar und schöne Restaurants sind nicht weit entfernt. Wir können uns gut vorstellen, wiederzukommen!

wunderschöner und gelungener Aufenthalt

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der Villa Beatrice sehr genossen. Die Lage mit Blick auf Verona ist wunderschön. Der Garten und das Haus sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Auch der Pool wurde täglich gereinigt. Der Gastgeber Simone war großartig. Er war jederzeit erreichbar und hat sich Zeit für unsere Fragen und Anliegen genommen. Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt mit gutem Gastgeber Simone. Sehr sauber, allerdings sind die Sanitären Einrichtungen und die Küche etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Preislich in der Sommer-Hoch Saison etwas hoch aufgrund des Alters des Objektes und das man nicht Alleine ist (Zwei Familienhaus). Wir haben vorallem den grosszügigen Aussenbereich geschätzt welcher super gepflegt wurde durch Simone und die Gärtner.

Heaven on Earth!!

We were welcomed by Simone’s very charming mother who showed us to our rooms & made us feel at home straight away. Simone arrived & spent over an hour explaining the area & places of interest, free car parking, best restaurants, pizzeria & of course gelato! All this information was extremely useful & we took his recommendations many times & were never disappointed. Simone even booked our restaurant & taxi before he left. Making us feel nothing was too much trouble. We loved the restaurant so much we went back a number of times. As others have mentioned the property itself is extremely clean & spacious ( we are a family of 7) with everything necessary to enjoy a relaxing stay, even a bag of toiletries & spa slippers in each bedroom! The grounds are beautiful with amazing views. We enjoyed the gorgeous, refreshing pool & hammocks after hot trips to Verona. Not forgetting the family table tennis tournaments too! Simone & his family made us feel the villa belonged to us & the only downside to this was we had to leave. There will always be a special place in our hearts for Villa Beatrice & not forgetting Shanty the dog who was delightful. Thank you Simone & family we hope to be back very soon. Fantastiskt boende med en stor parkliknande trädgård som var mycket välskött. Stora rum med AC var skönt med den värme vi hade V: 29. Vi var 6 vuxna och tre barn och vi fick gott om plats vid matborden. ett inne och två utomhus, varav ett under tak. Utomhus utnyttjade vi främst poolen som var perfekt för oss, även studsmattan och pingisbordet uppskattades av oss. Boendet ligger avskiljt och lugnt, däremot måste man ta bil för att komma till affärer och matställen. Närmsta bar som var populär ligger 1,5 km frånboendet, men det är smala vägar dit. Vi kan verkligen rekommendera detta boende, husvärden Simone var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam. vi fick mycket tips på restauranger och sevärdheter.

Wunderschöner und gelungener Urlaub für die ganze Familie!

Die Villa Beatrice ist sehr ruhig gelegen, auf einem Hang mit Blick auf Verona. Der riesige Garten und das Haus sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Auch der Pool wurde täglich gereinigt. Man kann sehr schöne und entspannte Tage sowie Abende in der Villa Beatrice verbringen. Als große Familie mit 8 Leuten kann man sich bei der Größe des Grundstückes auch mal aus dem Weg gehen :) Der Vermieter Simone ist super. Er hat sich viel Zeit für alle unsere Fragen und Anliegen genommen und war jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Auf seine Tipps bzgl. beste Pizza, Eis etc. kann man sich auf jeden Fall verlassen. Zumindest wurde unser Geschmack getroffen. Wir hatten eine schöne Woche bei Simone und es ist definitiv eine Überlegung wert nochmal hinzufahren. Danke Simone!

Perfect Stay!

We stayed at Villa Beatrice with 8 people in May 2018. The Villa is in a very good shape with a nice new pool area and the opportunity for a great BBQ. Everything was clean, important kitchen tools available and the view is beautiful. The house is in the hills above Verona, but only 10 minutes away by car from the city-centre. We also visited Lago di Garda and the Lugana wine region which is close by (45min drive). Simone is truely helpful, recommended great places, restaurants and clubs and helped with booking taxis etc. This was a perfect stay for us!

Amazing!!!!

This villa is Perfect! We had a group with two families with kids for a weekend getaway. Simone's villa was the perfect location for our group. It was well equipped for all of us from kitchenwares to toiletries, the hospitality and thoughtful amenities exceeded all expectations. We are already thinking about a weekend in the summer to return and enjoy the poolside.

Wonderful family holiday

Our party of 5 adults and 3 young children stayed at this villa for two weeks in August 2017. The villa itself was spacious, comfortable, spotless and had everything we needed. The swimming pool was fabulous and perfect at the end of long day sightseeing. There was also table tennis and we enjoyed many family tournaments! There is a LOT to see and do in the surrounding area. The outskirts of Verona are less than 10 mins away and then you can get anywhere fairly quickly on the bigger roads. We visited Verona, Sirmione, Monte Baldo, Soave, Malcesine, Limone, Lazise, Lessinia…amongst others. The kids loved Boscopark tree top adventure and Cavour water park. We even managed to squeeze in a day trip to Venice which was only 1.5 hours away. Seeing Madame Butterfly at the Verona Arena was another highlight. Simone, our host, was very helpful and offered great advice on everything from parking to restaurants. Overall this is a wonderful villa in a stunning location and we have a lot of happy memories of our stay. Thank you Simone!

séjour parfait!

Nous avons été charmés par la maison, située dans un écrin de verdure, pourtant qu'à 10 minutes du centre de Vérone! Elle est d'une propreté impeccable, très bien équipée (manque juste un four à micro-ondes!), la literie est excellente. Nous avons pu profiter de l'immense jardin, la piscine au soleil jusqu'au soir avec la vue sur le coucher de soleil, les hamacs à l'ombre pour la sieste, et le trampoline, très apprécié par les enfants! Un vrai coin de paradis! A noter que la maison louée est celle à 2 niveaux (à gauche sur la photo), la maison mitoyenne est habitée par un couple de retraités charmants et très discrets, leur terrasse était gentiment mise à notre disposition. Merci à Simone pour son accueil chaleureux et sa disponibilité! On reviendra avec grand plaisir!

Wonderful stay

House was great. Big yard for the kids and dog, pool, great BBQ with wood provided, trampoline and ping pong. Private and well manicured with great view of sunset and valley. Inside was clean, well appointed, even had sharp knives. Best part was Simone. He bent over backwards to make our stay perfect, even setting up private chef to come cook for us.. he spent an hour telling us places to go and answering questions. his restaurant recommendations were great and he even made reservations and ordered pizza. He was more of a concierge than an owner. We'll be back. Great wine and homemade olive oil at house for sale also. Recommend being ready for dinner upon arrival as restaurants closed until 7 and grocery store was 20 minutes away so you don't want to leave. Great location.
