Muy buen servicio
Muy bien, muy buen servicio por parte del personal. El desayuno puede mejorar si le agregan algo de queso y verduras, que no había. Pero en general vale la pena. Me quedaría de nuevo en este hotel.

Muy cómodo y nuevo
El hotel muy cómodo en la misma estación de tren y a 20mn andando del centro. Todo muy bueno y camas cómodas . Silencioso y tranquilo . Lo único por lo que no le doy la mejor nota , es por el desayuno un poco escaso . Pero totalmente recomendable .

Muy buen hotel, habitaciones muy comodas y muy bien ubicado ya que esta a pasos de la estación de trenes. Lo único que ,mejoraría seria el desayuno y el ascensor que es muy muy lento. La atención de todo el personal es muy muy buena.

Hotel cercano a la estación de trenes
Hotel cerca de la estación del tren de Verona. Pero a 2 kilómetros del centro. El precio lo veo elevado para un hotel de estas características. El desayuno buffet muy escaso y con productos de segunda. La habitación limpia y amplia. Aunque por este precio te compensa coger un hotel más céntrico.

Brilliant location at station but totally silent room. Quick and efficient check-in and very friendly staff. Really comfortable and large double bed. Nice breakfast with helpful staff. Bathroom shower needs refreshing.

火車站旁邊的安靜乾淨住宿
飯店就位於維洛那火車站旁邊，對推行李箱搭火車旅行的旅人來講很方便。房間內裝蠻新的，整體飯店頗有現代感，櫃檯很友善助人，不管是辦理入住手續或是要熱水都可以熱心幫忙。早餐品項不多，但都美味。早餐服務人員非常熱心服務，會主動詢問是否要泡咖啡，總是面帶微笑跟客人打招呼。在這間旅館住的蠻愉快的！

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo
L'hotel è interamente rinnovato. La camera è comoda e il bagno grande e spazioso. Ambiente pulito. Letto molto grande e comodo con lenzuola di buona qualita. La posizione è perfetta se viaggi in treno. Pupi raggiungere il centro di Verona con una bella passeggiata o con i bus che partono dal piazzale della stazione di Verona Porta Nuova

Fantastic city break hotel
We checked in early and left our bags. We were given great tourist advice and headed off into the city. Our room was great, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was buffet style and more than enough options to satisfy us. Gluten free options too. Located beside the train station and 15 minutes to arena we could not fault this hotel. Excellent hotel and service.

Located short walk from main train station and 20 minutes walk from the city centre. There are bus stops located outside the station. Breakfast was ok. Hotel was very nice and rooms modern -tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms would of been a nice.

Das Hotel ist nicht so leicht zu finden, da es in einem Innenhof liegt neben einem großen Postgebäude. Rundherum hört man das Dröhnen der Klimaanlagen. Dieses Geräusch konnten auch die gut schließenden Fenster nicht abhalten. Vom Bahnhof direkt hinter dem Hotel hört man gar nichts, sonst also super angebunden, kein weiter Weg vom Bus- und Hauptbahnhof. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer sparsam eingerichtet aber sehr großzügig geschnitten durch sehr hohe Decken und Fenster, alles modern und sehr sauber. Minibar hab ich ausgestellt, weil die auch so laut dröhnte. Frühstück für italienische Verhältnisse recht groß. Sehr trockene Croissants aber es gibt u.a. frisches Obst und Gemüse, gekochte Eier und exzellenten Kaffee. Für einen Erholungsurlaub ist das Hotel nicht geeignet, weil die ständige Geräuschkulisse ständige Unruhe bringt aber für Kurzaufenthalte und wenn man eh nur zum Schlafen da ist: perfekt!

Rooms are ok and to be fair spacious. The location is next to the train station so I knew what I was getting in return by staying around there. Wasn’t expecting the nest location ever. But the hotel main areas requires attention. Dirty carpets throughout the hotel/ corridor. Lovely team though. But the shower was a joke. The water was splashing all over the bathroom it was hilarious. They need to take care of the showers. I had to clean it with my bare hands in order to shower and the water to flow nicely. I TOOK the before and after I cleaned the shower head picture SHAMEFUL AND LAZY NOT SAY EMBARRASSING. Note to the management: please manage !!!!!

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Zimmer waren sauber, zweckmäßig eingerichtet und die Betten gut. Der Sanitärbereich war sauber, modern und funktional. Einzig zu bemängeln war die eher dürftige Frühstücksauswahl. Trotzdem insgesamt zu empfehlen. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Great location next to the train station
Chose the hotel primarily due to its excellent location next to the train station (ask for short cut to platform 1). Not far from old town - walkable but also regular busses from the station. Overall good condition, value for money at the price I paid, and good inclusive breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful. May benefit from reviewing policy for charging guests for just 2 hours' late checkouts.

Convenient, quiet and clean
Excellent hotel conveniently located very close to the train station. Clean, modern, quiet room, friendly service, and full breakfast. Highly recommended!

호텔 찾가가 약간 어려울수 있는데 1번 플렛폼 오른쪽 끝에 보면 길안내 표시가 있어서 그대로 따라가면 됩니다 호텔 깨끗하고 친절하고 역바로옆이라 기차이동시 너무좋네요

Das Hotel ist eine kleine Oase in direkter Nähe des Bahnhof porto nuevo. Es gibt am Ende des Bahnsteig 1 einen Durchgang direkt zum Hotel. Leider haben wir den erst bei der Abreise entdeckt. Die Zimmer sind absolut toll ausgestattet. Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei.Das Personal hervorragend. Die Auswahl des Frühstück klein aber fein. Wir kommen gerne wieder
