Recently renovated, the apartment combines period furnishings with modern design. It is spread over two levels connected exclusively by internal stairs. The building’s elevator reaches the apartment’s floor, but there is no internal elevator.



Features a living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. Fast Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, and dryer. Air conditioning and heating in every room. Baby cot available on request. Public transport nearby.



House rules: parties or events are not allowed. Please be respectful and keep noise to a minimum, especially at night and in the afternoon. Before leaving, close all windows and the door.



Covered parking in a closed garage is available on request at the time of booking, for an extra fee and subject to availability.



Please leave the kitchen, pots, dishes, glasses, and utensils clean. Otherwise, an extra cleaning fee may apply.



Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., to be arranged in advance as the host is not always on site. Early or late arrivals must be agreed upon in advance and may incur an extra fee at the host’s discretion. For delays of more than one hour not communicated in time, an additional fee may apply.



The tourist tax is due upon arrival.
