This is a wonderful home to stay in - very clean, well maintained and located near anything you want to do in Vero Beach. Our dog loved the backyard and felt right at home. Kandi was always responsive to any question I had. I would absolutely recommend this home.

Everything You Could Possibly Need!This was hands down one of the best vacation rentals we've ever stayed in. The house was spotless, incredibly welcoming, and felt more like staying in someone’s full-time home than a typical rental. It had everything you could possibly need for a week in Florida, from pool gear and beach chairs to bikes, kayaks, coolers, wireless speakers, and more.If you're looking for a hassle-free, well equipped home near the beach (with a pool) this is the place. We'd come back in a heartbeat!

This is the place to stay!

We had such a great time at Kandi’s property. Anything you could possibly need is there! Full kitchen! Lovely towels. Sparkling pool (with toys). Even a Zen space with a Koi Pond - which I Sat near each morning with coffee. She has games for kids and families to play. Are you or your kiddos crafty! Kandi has that as well. Bring your toothpaste, and toothbrush and be ready to relax. We are already planning a summer return. Enjoy!!

Family Holiday

A nice home with a lovely yard, pool and pond. My kids made use of the bicycles and we enjoyed the heated pool. The home was large enough for 8 adults and was very comfortable and the holiday decorations and tree was a super nice touch. Everything worked, was labeled and easy to use. We really enjoyed our stay.

Tropical Breeze Visit

BEAUTIFUL!

This house absolutely exceeded expectations. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful and only a short drive to world class beaches. The yard is very well kept and feels like a tropical oasis. You can see that Kandi has payed close attention to every detail as the house is equipped with everything you could possibly need during your stay. We appreciated this so much. Kandi was readily available and a pleasure to communicate with! Everyone in our family agreed that we would all love to return here. It is a true gem.

A perfect paradise

This property is the perfect place for a family vacation. Immaculately clean, well maintained and located in an established neighborhood, our family thoroughly enjoyed the pool and covered porch in the very private and beautifully landscaped backyard. The front porch oasis, complete with koi pond, was the perfect place for morning coffee and reading. We would definitely rent this property again.

Anniversary stay

Definitely loved the house very clean very equipped with everything we needed. Pool was great! Back yard was very relaxing with Hammock & the beautiful Palm trees. And the lighting at night around the pool was fantastic. Koy fish were beautiful too. Hopefully we will be able to maybe in the future book this again. Maybe next time a little longer stay.

Homeowner, Kandi, is a pleasure to work with. Her home is the most comfortable, well appointed home we've rented so far. I don't think we need to look further for anyplace else. She has equipped the house with EVERYTHING you can think of, and then some! I HIGHLY recommend renting from Kandi

You'll never want to stay anywhere else!

This is the best time mu family and I have had in years. Watched movies. Played yard games. Hung out by the pool. Everything you need to cook, eat, play or just rest and read a book in the hammock. We are already planning next year. Hosts are the best. Decor is beautiful.

Wonderful experience

We highly recommend this property. It is located on a quiet dead end street, but is only 10 minutes from incredible beaches. The pool and grounds are beautifully maintained and attractive. The house is extremely comfortable and stocked with everything we could imagine needing. Shopping at Walmart, Target, Publix etc is an easy 10 minute drive. Kandi was very responsive to any questions we had, and is great to deal with. We've already booked again for next winter.

Holiday with family

Property looked great. Inside of the house was very well appointed. Back yard was wonderful. Felt very much like a sanctuary. Dogs loved the back yard. House and property were dog friendly. Enjoyed our stay very much. There was not however, any places nearby to walk the dogs, other than on the streets. There didn't appear to be any parks or beaches nearby that permitted dogs. We would be very happy to stay there again if we were going to that area.

Family beach getaway

Clean, well-maintained, short drive to beach. House was very well stocked with kitchen and cleaning supplies (spices, cooking oil, laundry detergent). Cute, beachy decor added to the vacation experience. The only constructive feedback I have for the owners would be to try to make the rental agreement less overwhelming as some information felt duplicative and/or conflicting and created anxiety over making a mistake and getting fined.

Such a beautiful home!

The property is gorgeous and well maintained. Kandi was easy to get in touch with when there were questions. The house is completely stocked with most everything you need. I absolutely recommend this property. We had a wonderful stay and the children were most happy with the pool since the beaches weren’t accessible because of the seaweed. If it works out, we’ll be back next year!

Family Vacation 2023

This property is in a quiet neighborhood within about a 10 minute drive to the beach. They have lots of indoor and outdoor games. The family enjoyed the pool when we weren't out at the beach or sightseeing. The kitchen is well stocked and there are plenty of towels and beach needs; coolers, umbrellas, cart, chairs and more.

Relaxing oasis!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Fiund it very relaxing, private and comfortable. The garden areas and pool were beautiful. Our family and grandson joined us for 11 days and they had a super time. Attractions were fairly close and the beach was great! Two golf courses were very close and enjoyed. The home was nicely decorated, beds comfortable and everything you needed for meal preparation and service, available. It was hard ti leave!!

The house was beautiful, but my daughter and her family had to cancel due to illness. Disappointed.

We would love to come back and try again. Hopefully the weather will be warmer and everyone will be healthy. Kandi was great. Very responsive, helpful with good suggestions about things to do in Vero Beach. Her instructions are meticulous as is the house. Anyone would be delighted to stay in her home.

Great for our small family reunion

Stayed at Kandi's while our family attended memorial services for our mother. The home is pleasant in so many ways--clean, well stocked and entertaining: a koi fish pond, a well-maintained pool (that's really heated! We've stayed at several properties that say heated but for some reason was not.). Ample linens, pool toys and kitchen gear. Beds are comfortable, TV viewing is super-nice with power recliners. Nicely decorated and little touches that made us feel at home - like the spa music--sounds of nature and relaxation for the jacuzzi, and the little decorative turtle that appeared in the bathroom floor and at the pool. At every minute of our stay, we were pleased that we chose this property. Highly recommended!

Amazing Property!

The house is stocked with everything you will need for a wonderful vacation. The owners maintain the property beautifully and every detail has been thought of. The location is excellent with shopping and restaurants nearby. Very quiet neighborhood. Close to beaches. We would definetly stay here again if in the area.
