This home sits between downtown Sebastian and Vero Beach; you are close to all the fun activities like River Cruises, Airboat rides, Mckee Botanical gardens, and all the best restaurants/bars. Make sure to bring your golf clubs there are many private and public courses within a couple miles. For thrill seekers Sebastian Skydive is just 6.9 miles away. World famous Sebastian Inlet just over the bridge for surfers and beach goers alike! Explore the wildlife and alligators in the Fellsmere Stick Marsh just a 20 minute drive away. Explorer NASA at the Kennedy Space Center, Disney, Universal Studios and other attractions are 1 1/2 hour drive away. This home has plenty of outdoor space and parking for Family and Friends. Two driveways with 150ft section that connects the paths together. Cook your best BBQ on the grill and play Cornhole! A very old Oak tree covers the backyard for nice aesthetics and shade. Fishing trip

Great place to stay and relax Parking little narrow for truck and boat trailer Lots of good place to dine for good food. Over all great spot near the coast .

Business Travel

Cute, quaint and a secluded oasis backyard! You can enjoy just hanging out in the backyard playing some cornhole or grilling!! Or go out and about and your not far from anything!

Fishing trip

The house was very nice and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much. The only negative was it was a little difficult to get the truck and boat trailer in the driveway. Other than that it was perfect!

convenient and quiet spot

The home was spacious for the 3 of us. There is plenty of parking and it was only 15-20 minutes to beaches and shopping. The house needs a few updates to make it a bit more comfortable; lamps, working ice maker, and shower caddy. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. I would likely stay again when visiting the area.

Everything we wanted

The properyy is large, private back yard wiyh trees. You're close to beaches, fishing, shopping and dining out, though if more dining is wanted you have to travel south a few miles. Put eatery Squid Lips on your list for going out. Over all we love the place,with some highway and train noise but ok. .

Overall a decent rental. Would be significantly better with a few upgrades. The plates, cooking supplies, and linens all seemed very worn. The house was clean but the dated linens made it feel less clean. The living room could really using a table and it is tough to have a house that is setup for at least 4 people only have a way to seat 3 people to eat. The water pressure was also terrible, almost impossible to clean dishes. Overall the house was what we needed but we had a family members place we spent most of our time at. If we had spent more time here I think the worn state of the supplies would have bothered me more. The washer and dryer and screened porch were very nice touches.

Home away from home

Great place. Would totally recommend it. The owner was super easy to communicate with and was very prompt on his replies when I had a question. NOTE to housekeeper, place a tip envelope in there with PayPal and/or Venmo info .. ( one housekeeper to another ) ! Thanks so much for a wonderful two weeks.

Close beach and river fun

This is an older house that has had some nice updates. Beautiful landscaped backyard and a large screened in front porch. Like any house, there were some small issues like a slow draining master/main shower. But this house was a very comfortable place to stay.

Good location to fairgrounds

Only a mile or so from fairgrounds so good for us going to the vero beach blues festival. Large space that could use a little love. Bedroom says queen but i beleive its actually a king. es bed but its really a king. The italian grill about 7 miles away in vero was a higgliggt. Host w

Great Spot

What a great location and a great property owner! Michael was a gracious host and took care of everything we needed. We had a tire issue on a boat trailer and he took care of us. We had an electrical outlet problem (our fault) and he took care of it. The entire week flew by. We did not have to worry after running hard all day the property was inviting and relaxing. I plan to book again. Thanks Michael for being such a great host! kh

Very clean, comfortable

Check in was easy Owner communication was great This house had everything we needed for a weekend wedding stay. Very clean. Comfortable I wish we could have enjoyed the back yard but the weather was bad and we had other obligations. The shower closest to master bedroom didn’t drain well but was not a huge issue. WiFi was not working Could not log onto tv I would replace coffee maker with keurig single cup or pot option. I’d still recommend

Awesome home in Vero Beach! Beautifully decorated inside and out. Great bedrooms, comfortable beds, large kitchen and a very comfortable and welcoming vibe. Outdoor area is large for entertaining, with a grill, hammock, cornhole game and plenty of seating and outdoor lighting. Host was very responsive to any questions, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The house is on a quiet street with hardly any noise audible from traffic on US 1 or from the train. I definitely recommend Michael’s place, we loved it!

Weekend with friends

House was cute, nice tropical garden, air conditioning in rooms a little loud . Good tv & wifi Didn’t like area, were there 2 nights, there was a constant strong odour of sewer in air , didn’t make it pleasant. The owner was very nice & friendly, showed Up quickly when we called him to fill up our Bbq tank ,

Great proximity to beach, quiet neighborhood

We were pleased to find a rental near Vero Beach as they are hard to come by. This one had plenty of space, was clean, and was affordable. It is on a quiet street, which at first put my husband off a little bit wondering how safe the area was. We had zero issues though. The inside of the house is clean and fresh looking. We really loved using the boogie boards. Thank you! Of note, we weren't a fan of the taste of the tap water but nothing we couldn't do something about with purchased water.

Newly remodeled home with plenty of space

This 3 bedroom home in Wabasso was clean and furnished nicely. (I gave it 4 stars for cleanliness as the outside windows needed to be cleaned.)

Wedding Stay

The home was the perfect space to stay the night before my wedding with the girls, and the night of with my husband before we left for our honeymoon. It was clean and spacious with a beautiful back yard. Communication was excellent.

Clean home and great outdoor space

We were in town for a wedding and the property was the perfect place to relax between events. The home is convenient to many areas including shopping, food, and beaches. Check in was easy and Michael was responsive whenever needed.

Wonderful experience.

I made an error with the dates, yet I was so graciously treated by the owner. He made sure to have our money refunded although it wasn’t his responsibility. He’s a great person and we’ll book it again and enter the correct dates.😁
