El lugar no se ve como en las fotos los edificios y cuartos son muy viejos el lugae es limpio pero la verdad me.desepcione cuando llegue.Esperaba algo mejor y mas moderno para.el siglo 21.y en un pais comonlo es Estados Unidos......... D..The place does not look like the photos, the buildings and rooms are very old, the place is clean but the truth is I was disappointed when I arrived. I was expecting something better and more modern for the 21st century, and in a country like it is. USA.

La habitacion tenia alfombrado sucio y tuvimos que cambiar las sabanas apenas llegamos. El internet es muy malo, muy lento. Habían veces en que simplemente no funcionaba.

Fotos no coinciden con lo que es. No se hospeden
No es lo mismo de las fotos. Habitaciones apestan a cigarro el cual hicieron que toda mi ropa oliera igual, alfombra con humedad, pedazos de pintura del techo caían a pedazos y la tina era algo horrible con varias capas de pintura despegandoze, me cambie 3 veces de habitación y todas son iguales. La gente que llega a ese hotel la mayoría con traileros o familias separándose por los fueron noches de escuchar peleas y gritos

Son unos in responsable porque yo tenía una reservación y cuando llegue a las 10pm desde NY manejando no teníamos dónde dormir y todos los hoteles estaban lleno. Luego me ofrecieron una de los fumadores y el colmo que me la cobraron a 110 dollars por día.Ese hotel no se lo recomiendo ni a mi peor enemigo

The reservation of the room indicated that there was a refrigerator and a microwave, when in reality there wasn’t any of the two in the room that was assigned to us.

Expedia is terrible - they charge for things you do NOT get - like making changes to your reservation - so I will NOT use them again! Red Roof is largely what you would expect from an inexpensive "pet friendly" place which does not do the best job cleaning. The fit and finish of the room also left a lot to be desired. Maybe it will be better after they renovate - until then, my suggestion is "stay somewhere else."

Stayed at the hotel for a quick overnight on a business trip. Hotel is fine for this purpose. It has been undergoing renovations, but the rooms are nicer than they were last time. This is an "economy" hotel, not a vacation spot.

I had to sleep on top of the sheets. They offered no clean sheets and they didn’t have another room. The cheets are dirty and full of stains. The towels look like something you just pick up off the floor.?

Total disappointment.
I really feel cheated, the photos don't lie, they are retouched so that the place looks bright, new, cozy and pleasant. What I found was a hotel in terrible condition, old, extremely dirty; Both inside and out! There was no soap in the bathroom, there was hair of different types (curly and straight) both in the bathroom and in the bed. The room I requested was Deluxe with one bed and what I received was a disgusting room, without what I needed for my personal hygiene and with two beds. Furthermore, the reservation indicates that the room has access for disabled people and that is not true either because the room was on the second floor without an elevator and without a ramp for a wheelchair. The disappointment was so great that I came in in the morning (paying 25 dollars more to have the room given to me two hours in advance) and handed over the room at 4 in the afternoon. I didn't want to stay until the next day in that unhealthy place!

Poor hotel, animal freadly so not quite.
Old Pillow to thin, woke up with pain in the neck. Suppose to be a deluxe room. No luxe at all. Mattress not confortable. Bad service at the reception. They try to charge us the room when it was already pay. HAd to argue with the girl at the reception to say it was already pay.To expensive for stay without breakfast. Not recommand all.
