Perfect spot for a couple

I was on my own, but this is a perfect spot for a couple. Lots of comfortable and private outdoor space. Plenty of local options for food and entertainment, short walk to the beach. For a small space, it is exceptionally well organized and appointed. It had everything I needed and more. The snacks, drinks and milk for coffee upon arrival was especially appreciated. Hosts are very easy to work with and clearly take pride in the space. I would highly recommend!

Vero's secret paradise

2/2024-This studio had every amenity plus the extras that our hosts provided to make our stay just simply wonderful! We enjoyed our private space, beautiful patio space, bicycles to explore the beach and shopping areas a short ride away and more... The beach is a short walk or 2 minute drive away. Our hosts were so generous with welcoming goodies and suggestions for dining or enjoying the area. They were timely to respond to any request and very welcoming. This location is perfect for a couples getaway!! Thank you to our wonderful hosts.

The rest we hoped for!

No surprises. The studio and outdoor surroundings were exactly as we expected based on the information on the site. Fresh muffins awaited our mid morning arrival - which was easily arranged in advance. Following an early morning flight we were able to get some rest right away. The walk to the beach was maybe a 5 minute walk - which we made a couple of times a day - to enjoy the sunrise, and a late afternoon walk. Our family members were able to relax with us in the private outdoor area. Lanette & Kevin are wonderful hostess & host. We really appreciated the items they have available - water, coffee pods, creamer and beach towels, including bath and kitchen essentials. It was all we hoped for, and even more! Thank you!

Amazing Condo!

We had a great experience. The property owners were very responsive and helpful. They also had fresh muffins for us upon arrival, which were delicious. The listing is accurate and the condo is very close to the beach, great location. It also had many amenities that were very convenient. We interacted with the property owners a few times and they were very very nice! Highly recommend!

Perfect location!

Hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The location is perfect, a short walk to an amazing beach. We loved all of the beach gear they provided, chairs, wagon, bikes, etc. Best time!

Untrustworthy owner, but property as described

Studio itself is as described. However, the TV does not work. The second day, it went blank after an hour & would not come back on. The owner was in Virginia the entire week we rented & the studio is connected to her home. We texted the owner as instructed by the directions she left. We heard nothing in a day & a half so we emailed her through VRBO. She answered the email & said that is how she communicates (then why were directions left with her phone number?) & she did not get our text. She texted her password & code for YouTube TV, which did not work. She sent a friend, John, the next day who admitted he knew nothing about TV's. Next she sent her business employee, Julio, who also could not get her password to work & used his wife's. He stated the TV is too old & the Wi-Fi is too weak. It worked a couple hours & went blank again. This happened daily. Julio & John returned the day before we left & reset it. An hour after they left, the owner wrote us an email that said that John turned on the TV & it worked the first time for him which is not true. Additionally, she wrote us an email that said she was sorry that we did not know how to work her Firestick & TV, also not true as we worked it perfectly fine the first two days. Also, before we arrived, she said we could park wherever we wanted since she was out of state so we parked on her turnaround lane, not blocking anything. Afterwords, she said we should have been charged extra for parking there. Also, be aware that we asked about an earlier check-in time, which she said come anytime, of which we arrived only an hour & a half early. After, she said we should have been charged an additional fee. She offered for us to stay an additional night for our tv inconvenience but we couldn't since we had other reservations. She then offered an additional free night for a FUTURE stay but we do not plan on being back in the area. We asked since we couldn't use those offers if she would just refund us the one night stay, which she would not. We called VRBO & they tried to reach her twice which she did not answer. We have stayed in VRBO properties for almost 10 years and never had a TV that did not work daily or an owner that said we didn't know how to use it & would not try to work a reasonable good faith compensation. We are both retired school teachers/high school counselors/coaches & want others to be aware of the property shortcomings and the owners treatment.

Vero Beach Studio

Fantastic hosts. Really enjoyed our stay. Close walk to South Beach. Outdoor shaded patio area is like a bonus room. Wonderful for morning coffee and breakfast. The hosts bent over backwards to make sure we had a good stay. Lanette even prepared fresh baked muffins during our stay that were beyond delicious.

Tropical Paradise

Lanette and Kevin were amazing hosts! We were greeted and shown the studio. The amenities were beyond what I’ve experienced at other VRBO’S ! Every detail for your comfort was included. Great location to beach and various restaurants. I highly recommend them for a relaxing stay in the area!

My two teenage boys and I had an amazing stay at this very well kept, with beautiful grounds and everything you need to feel home away from home - truly paradise. The hospitality of the owners was incredibly heartwarming. The location was the best anyone can wish for, with over the ocean sunrises just a five minute walk away. Absolute zen and serenity of the property and the surroundings made us extend our stay. Will most certainly comeback as we already miss the home away from home, the absolute paradise. Thank you Lanette and Kevin for an amazing, most relaxing, and fun experience ever!

Fabulous short visit to Vero Beach

The directions were good and the property was easy to find. The owners were very helpful and responsive, and had great suggestions for restaurants and places to visit (loved the tuna nachos, the local music, the farmers market for brunch and Pelican Island NWR). We loved having our own Nespresso machine in the morning (complete with decaf and half decaf options). It was quite convenient having a citronella plant in the gardens as a source of mosquito repellant as well as being within walking distance of one of the beaches. This little suite was a perfect basecamp for all of our activities. We'll be back!

Perfect Hideaway in Great Location

Last minute trip and so fortunate we stumbled upon this property and these owners. It had just opened for the season and everything we needed was there and then some including delicious baked goods appearing several times. In addition, the recommendation list for things to do, as well as a full price range of eating out options, was a big help this being our first time in Vero Beach. If we go back we will book again.

Wonderful beach get away

This was our first VRBO experience and it was the best because our hosts were awesome!! They thought of everything you would need for a beach experience and provided that. The studio we stayed in was extremely comfortable and our frequent delivery of fresh baked goods from the hosts was such a treat!! Our hosts were also very helpful with recommendations for water experiences-restaurants-and things to do in the area. After a busy day sitting outside in our patio area was enhanced with the amazing gardens on the property filled with tropical plants.

Are you ready for paradise???

Lanette and Kevin are amazing hosts. Super easy communication, arrival and departure were so simple. We made the best memories to last a lifetime. Easy walking, riding, or driving to the beach. If you want location this is it. Beautiful property, Super COMFY bed, ahhhmazing coffee. Everything you could possibly need is already on-site. Can’t wait to book again here. The studio was spotless clean, inviting and wonderfully located. We walked everywhere. Lanette and Kevin were the best hosts we’ve ever experienced. Every amenity we could ever wish for were provided by our hosts. We have family in Vero beach, but we will always stay here. I can’t say enough about our accommodations and our hosts flexibly. We arrived with hurricane Elsa and left happy campers! Will stay again!

We had an amazing stay at Lyons tropical Paradise for our 23rd anniversary.

Kevin and Lanette were amazing hosts, providing filtered water home made muffins as well as a layout of restaurants beach’s, and other places to visit. The whole yard is filled with succulents, fruit trees and a beautiful food garden. Julia and I enjoyed the beautiful garden watching this wild life heaven. The location is perfect to walk to the beach, outdoor markets, and restaurants. We plan on returning as soon as possible. Joshua and Julia Young
