Natural neighborhood, charming and full of lush green vegetation

We loved the location and home-like feel of this property. The neighborhood felt safe and was beautiful-landscaping was lush and on the natural, wild side. Just our style!

Very Cool & Unique Vero/Sebastian Beach Rental

Really enjoyed my birthday celebration at this beach house. The home is beautifully appointed with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. We loved the proximity to the private beach access and the small pool to use after a long day at the beach. I highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a family friendly vacation home.

Great tucked away escape

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this awesome little tucked away escape. The pool was perfect for our daughter who is five and big enough for all of us to enjoy the swim. Walk to the beach it’s pleasant and extremely short, not too long to carry what we needed for a long day. Overall, we had a great time and I Can’t wait to stay again!

Great annual family trip

Perfect location for fishing pier, beach and local restaurants! Enjoyed our stay and time with family/friends . Only issue is the bugs and the no-see-ums🙁

Beach House Review

The property was spacious enough for six adults to have comfort and privacy. The kitchen and dining space allowed for several family meals. Location provided easy access to US 1 and I95.

Vacation getaway

My family had a wonderful stay on this property. The house was clean and tidy. We loved the access to the beach with just a short walk from the home. This area is quiet with a short drive to restaurants and other amenities close to the home. The property manager was always available when I reached out with questions.

This was our third stay at this property, and it continues to be a favorite for our family. We absolutely love the proximity to the beach. While it’s not directly oceanfront, it’s an easy, short walk. I made it part of my routine to walk to the beach every morning for sunrise, which was such a peaceful way to start the day.The kids were big fans of the pool, and we spent a lot of time relaxing out back. Mornings were especially nice. The kids enjoyed having brunch together at the table on the screened porch each day, which became a little tradition for us during our stays.Just a couple of miles up the road is the Environmental Learning Center, which was another highlight of our trip. We loved paddling a canoe through the mangroves, taking in the peaceful surroundings and wildlife. We were also lucky enough to visit during their annual WinterGreen Nights, and the lights throughout the center made the experience feel truly magical.The kitchen is well appointed with fairly new appliances, making it easy to cook most of our meals at the house. We did venture out a bit too, and one highlight was Autumn’s Crab in Vero Beach. The crab and shrimp boil there was absolutely amazing and a must-try if you’re staying in the area.Overall, this is a great property with an excellent location, great amenities, and impressive cleanliness. Fantastic Place!!

Plenty of space for the family to spread out. Privacy from the neighbors. Beach access is great and nice neighbors sharing the private beach.

Beautiful house close to beach

The house was very nice and beach access was down the street. The beach access does have a lot of steps but there are a lot of other access just a short drive away. We did a lot we got to see dolphins and even a whale. Enjoyed the botanical gardens that have a good play area for kids.

College Roommates Reunion

Its been over 20 years since we've all been together. We made so many memories at this house. Very short walks to the beach and many nights out by the pool made this the perfect stay. The property manager quickly replied wherever we had a question. I'd recommend this house for your stay.

23/24 week before New Year

Property was very nice. Comfortable beds, hot water for 3 showers, great location to visit family staying at Disney Vero Beach resort . Unfortunately, weather was cold and rained one day. Not pool or beach weather:(

Great property at great location

We loved the house and location. Just across the street from a very nice and quiet beach. The house is newly renovated with all the modern conveniences and nicely decorated. The house has a lot of room, as well. Lots of different rooms to spread out in and relax. The pool was great, very private and secluded. Perfect for a romantic getaway. The house was very clean and Richard was very kind and checked in on us to make sure things were Ok. Less than half a mile from Wabasso Beach Park and Disney Vero Beach Resort. Great vacation place overall and we will be back for sure!

Stayed month of February 2024

Overall, we enjoyed staying at this property. The inside of the house was spacious. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchen were clean and functional upon arrival. The beach was very close and easy to walk to. The exterior of the house and the screen-ed in areas need maintenance and updated furniture. The pool was nice but the furniture was old and dirty. The landscaping is nice but overgrown. We didn't have any problems with the house just noticed this deferred maintenance.

The pictures of property were accurate.

Summerplace was nice. The location of the property was a little far for us from Vero Beach central. We would’ve liked more restaurants to walk to. The pool was not cleaned once a week and not heated. During winter months it makes a difference. The living room furniture was very uncomfortable as was the king bed in master. All in all I would recommend Summerplace.

It has issues but I'd stay again

There is a bad water leak from the upstairs with water pouring into the sunroom. Only one of the three TVs actually turn on. There are a LOT of ants in the cabinets and kitchen. The bathroom in the living room area has a toilet that runs constant and the chain keeps coming off in the tank. The lamp upstairs is missing a knob and can't be turned on. . .now, all things said, I would still come back and stay here again. Perhaps the owner wasn't aware of all of these issues, but I feel confident they will get resolved.

The house served its purpose. Was a little disappointed the pool wasn’t serviced until 2 days after check in (needed to be vacuumed) and the Keurig didn’t work well. We noticed that last year. There was also a big tear in the screen in the porch door. Called the property manager and was informed he was aware and it would be fixed the next day. Didn’t get repaired until the day before we left. Also couldn’t get the outlet to work for the hair dryer in the master bathroom. Went to look at the breaker box and noticed the breaker was off for the smoke detectors. Seems like they just need batteries. That’s a safety issue. The linens were clean but other things were not. The upstairs bathroom was not cleaned and we could tell other areas were not dusted or wiped down. We noticed gecko droppings in areas of the house as well as the cabinets. That tells me these areas were not clean. Just wanted to point out some things we noticed this year that we didn’t not last year. We enjoyed our stay that’s why we wanted to come back again and will do so in the future as long as the home is still available to rent.
