The house was very nice , beds were comfortable views were nice. Pool area was great with all palm trees and greenery around. Very private. Hottub was nice! Very close to all the resturants and easy drive to the jettys for fishing.

Perfect for our family!!! Updated bungalo/ranch in a mid to upper-mid neighborhood. Comfy home! Very peaceful area!The home is so spacious. The pool is large with steps into it on the narrow end. There are two chaise lounges and two Adirondack chairs poolside, with extra chairs available. The property is gorgeously landscaped. I mean, its incredible! I have never seen an orchid growing outside! Hiding inside the gardens is all manner of coastal life like large blue crabs, lizards, some kinds of iguana, and something that chirps or sings at night. Frogs? There is a hard cooler, a canvas wagon, beach toys, one beach umbrella, 4 bikes, 6 beach chairs, 2 kayaks, as well as many pool floats and pool toys. You don't need to bring anything, but I was glad I packed a small soft cooler (easy to carry). There are 4ish wood stairs to climb on the beach path. 1 person can't carry a full wagon over those steps.The air conditioner works like a dream! There are ceiling fans to keep the air moving. The kitchen is well appointed and there is a plethera of bath and pool/beach towels. The primary bed is firm for my taste (I have nerve pain etc.) BUT it is still comfortable enough not to cause pressure point or joint pain. I slept well. The queen and 2 twin beds are fine for young people.There is a short step down into the giant living area (maybe 3 inches). There is a study off the kitchen with a sleeper chair/futon. The three bedrooms and two bathrooms are at the other end of the home.

Absolutely loved our stay. The house and location was exactly as stated. The private beach was perfect. The pool was great. There was plenty of room. Make sure you read the book when you get there...it explains everything and tells you where to go. My husband and son went to the Fort Pierce Inlet state park and did the stand up paddle boards. That is an absolute MUST! We had gone everywhere looking for manatees... The moment they got on the boards they were everywhere. The hosts literally have everything lined out for you. Places to go, things to do, eat... Beds were extremely comfortable, plenty of cookware, etc. Easy check in and check out. If I had to suggest anything maybe an upgrade in the showerheads, but that is probably the only thing I could say to upgrade. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your home!

The property was excellent, they thought of everything you would need to have a comfortable stay. The only drawback was the invasion of mosquitoes; we could not enjoy the pool because even with repellent we we attacked and I mean in the worst way. My sister had to go to the doctor to get medicine to alleviate the itching.

Let me just say this place was absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Pictures doesn’t even do it justice. Very short walk across the street to the private access to the beach. We are most definitely going to be booking here again. We are already talking about next years trip. Also everyone that walked by on the beach was extremely friendly and we met several furry friends! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Vero Beach Delight

Check-in was a breeze. The house was very clean and has a big refrigerator and pantry. We were really surprised at how spacious every room was. Even the laundry room. Plenty of room for my cousins to visit for the day without anyone getting in each other's way. The pool was delightful and clean as was the backyard. Well maintained. There were toys for the beach as well as bikes. Didn't use them but very nice to see for young families. We would stay there again!

Fun stay in Vero

Nice neighborhood, great beach and hanging out at the pool was fun. House was very roomy. Could benefit from some additional lighting and some blankets. Yes it’s Florida but it was a cold snap and there were no warm blankets.

Great stay and wonderful accommodations!

Very smooth check in was a great start to the vacation. I had talked with Terri a couple of times prior to our stay and she was very prompt to respond even with the weather they had been experiencing just prior. The house and descriptions were accurate, and it was just a short walk to the private beach access. The pool was a huge plus if you didn't want to go down to the beach. Overall, we had a great stay, and I would highly recommend the property. My brother came over from Tampa for the day and we caught ~8 or so Gafftops for another trip highlight!

Private beach in a quiet neighborhood

This property was great for our family! Had exactly what we needed, an awesome heated pool and about a 5 minute walk to a private beach where we were the only ones on the beach as far as the eye could see. Only very minor thing the house was a just tad worn/dated, but overall the property was very clean! Also host Terri was great at communicating with us especially we were coming right after a hurricane.

Private Pool

Me and my family stayed here week of Milton. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Walked to the beach several times. House was set up incredible. We all had our space and would hang out by pool whenever we wanted. Backyard pool is incredibly private great lush landscaping and pool was very clean. Owners are great. Checking in on us keeping us posted on Vero beach notices

Good Stay

The house was nice and as advertised. The location was great and the private beach and river access were also very nice. The tires on one of the dolly for the kayaks were flat and the garden hose ripped and didn’t function properly. All in all I would stay there again though.

Great vacation spot!

We recently stayed at this wonderful house in Vero Beach, Florida, and it was a fantastic experience for our entire family! The location was perfect—very convenient to the private beach, which made our beach days incredibly enjoyable and HASSLE-FREE. The house itself was great, equipped with everything we needed and more. The swimming pool was a hit with our kids and made things so convenient when we (parents) wanted to chill at home for the afternoon. We were pleasantly surprised to find plenty of additional amenities, including kayaks, a wagon, and fishing poles, which added even more fun to our vacation. Overall, we had an excellent time and will definitely be back! Highly recommend this vacation home to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun beach getaway.

Great Florida Vacation

We had a great stay in Florida. The house is located in the quiet part of Vero Beach across the street from the beach. We loved the pool and hot tub and our dog loved the backyard and chasing the lizards! House had everything you need including bikes, beach chairs and towels and fully stocked kitchen (I did bring my own spices, but some were there). We loved our stay and are talking about coming back next year!
