Ski Camp

My girlfriend and I participated in a 5 day ski camp at SilverStar. The accommodation was a 20 minute drive to the hill. We enjoyed the beautiful view overlooking the City of Vernon. There was a grocery store approximately 6 minutes down Silver Star Road. There was room to park one vehicle in the driveway. Unfortunately, the neighbours across the road parked 3 pickup trucks on the street. This made it difficult backing out of the driveway. I enjoyed our stay and recommend staying here. The owner was in touch with me often and quickly responded if I had a question. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking too. .

Oh what a view, is right

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at "Oh what a view, lower suite". It was large, clean, has lots of amenities and we loved the view. Would definitely stay again!

Christine was an amazing host!!! She was so quick to respond to anything we had questions about.

We loved the view, although we had some smoky days that changed it a bit. Great spacious basement suite for the 3 of us. Would love to revisit when possible.

We went out to Vernon to visit our daughter. She has a small apartment and we wanted a large place so we can all meet together comfortably. The place we rented was beautiful and spacious and we spent a lot of time on the deck. We also cooked on the bbq. We enjoyed our stay, thanks for the hospitality!

All the comforts of home

We have stayed at this property a few times now to hold family gatherings around Christmas, and it’s perfect for that. The decorations made the space festive and all the needed appliances and utensils helped us prepare holiday meals. Will definitely be back.

The owner did not make clear in advance of our booking it was a downstairs suite which meant 15 stairs down and 15 feet of gravel to drag suitcases and a difficult walk for our friend in a boot cast. The owner was very responsive and helpful to all our inquiries and requests for assistance.

Amazing stay in Vernon

Christine was great to deal with and made sure our stay was as comfortable as could be. We had no issues at all with the property and the views were amazing to wake up to every morning with a cup of coffee. We spent most of our time out at Kalamalka lake but loved relaxing at night in this amazing property!!!!

Great location for getting to silverstar. Place is very spacious. Great patio, lots of space to hang out,clean and modern. Views are amazing. Would recommend and would definitely stay again.

Very warm, comfortable home away from home

Christine was very nice to deal with, took her time and called us ahead for any special needs. Very professional yet thoughtful. Her place was very nicely decorated, clean and filled with all things you may need in your stay. View from this place is breathtaking and enjoyable from every spot. Our kids enjoyed open layout and toys she provided . Over all beautiful place with carrying owner. We’ll be back soon….. Highly recommend

Wonderful view and Very Clean

The property was well set up for our stay needing to be relaxing. Beautiful view, had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and safe. The owner was excellent and willing to help with anything we needed. Quiet neighbourhood if you want to ski at Silver Star.

Amazing property

This home is new and spotless. The common spaces are huge, bigger than can be shown in photos. The furniture, patio set, and beds were all very comfortable. It had everything we could have possibly needed. Location was great. Hostess communication was the best I’ve ever experienced (she phoned me right away to discuss my concerns regarding the forest fires) and her recommendations for local activities were spot on. I wouldn’t hesitate to book another stay here in the future!

Amazing Experience!

Great family reunion in Vernon

We enjoyed our stay. This unit is large and bright and has all the amenities you would need for short vacation or if you prefer a long stay. The view was a breathtaking and outdoor patio very well served our quiet evening sitting. The communication with the host was fast and we got anything we asked for.
