Staff were fine. I thought the room deposit was covered through Expedia. Lucky u had cash on me. Room was dirty, dead cockroach in the bathroom, floor hasn't been cleaned in a while.

The room was clean, staff very polite. Very quiet and bed was very comfortable. Would have been 5 star but the hot tub is down.

Beautiful room and very clean. Love the shuttle service to the casino and front desk staff were very pleasant! I'll be back for sure.
