A first bedroom on this level features 2 beds measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, accompanied by a private shower and WC. A second bedroom contains 1 single bed measuring 90 cm by 190 cm. A large living room with an open-hearth fireplace, digital TV, and flat screen also connects to the garden, offering an additional communal gathering space. Our stay at this property was unfortunately very disappointing and significantly impacted our family holiday and wedding plans. Upon arrival on May 27, 2025, we were informed by the owner that the pool would not be in use until the end of June, even though the listing stated it would be available from June 1. This was a major reason we chose the property, and the change was not communicated beforehand.Additionally, we encountered significant cleanliness issues. We found insects, including cockroaches and maggots, in the accommodation, particularly on the bedding. We reported this immediately to both the property owner and VRBO but received no effective support or resolution. Promises to address the issue were made but not followed through.We also requested assistance in relocating or getting alternative arrangements, but were told we needed to make our own arrangements. With four minors in our group and limited financial flexibility, this caused significant stress.At the time of writing, we are still in the process of seeking a refund and have not received a response after multiple follow-up messages over the course of a week.
