Worst BnB experience by far. Arrived 10pm and couldn’t access key box with code provided. No contact from host or property manager available. Still no reply!, had to climb through window to access! Linen and towels piled on floor, still slightly damp. Not enough linen for the 7 of us. Very dusty, floor not cleaned, dishwasher full of crusty plates. Firepit and backyard area, full of rusty furniture (pics are pretty old), rubbish and weeds, bbq dirty, unusable area. Doors and windows hard to open, old. Nightmare to move around crammed in dining table. Kitchen and bathrooms were ok but General dusty smell of incense and slight dampness pervades house. Disappointing, this place is poor for the area, shame, great location, was probably good 10 years ago but in serious need of an uplift along with basic customer service and a working key box.
