Nice house in nice location. Not luxury, but definitely luxury views and beach access. Decent kitchen and common facilities. Great spot if you want to be at Seacliff.

Family Beach Vacay

Perfect location! Close to everywhere we wanted to go, but in a small quiet community. Great outdoor deck to lounge and enjoy the sun and views. Kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of towels. Laundry facilities were perfect. Wish there were a few more comfy chairs/couches to gather at night. Also need some more up to date games. Beds and pillows could be a bit more comfy. Overall a great experience.

Great getaway in California

Our family of 5 really enjoyed our stay at this beach house. The layout was perfect and we had plenty of space and bathrooms. We really loved sitting out on the patio with comfortable furniture. A bit disappointed that the beach disappeared due to the record breaking surf but of course that was not due to any fault of the owners. We did enjoy beach walks at the beginning of our stay. Downtown Ventura was super cute along with the farmers market.

Just what we needed!

We were so thankful, to be able to enjoy and spend time with our family at the place they like most the Beach! The house was perfectly located and stocked with extra linen and towels and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking/serving ware for preparing our Thanksgiving dinner! We had a wonderful and memorable week!

Beautiful property!

The house was great, linens were comfy and clean. There are beach chairs and boogie boards available. There is a hose set up outside to rinse off the sand. We got some amazing fishing in! We only had a few hours each day on the sand because the tide was high. Our only complaint was there were a lot of bugs, even ants.

The view is everything

Outstanding view and nice property. Well equipped with everything you need for the beach. The deck was the best place to hang out and the furniture was terrific. We did have some rain but It wasn’t very comfortable for more than three people on the couch in the living room. Extra chairs were available but not for lounging. The house is somewhat dated and the furniture and cabinets are grimy, which I understand accumulates with age. The kitchen appliances could use an upgrade, especially a larger microwave and a pod coffee machine. Especially for just one person and one cup of coffee. Having the bathroom in the bedroom didn’t work well for us as I woke my husband up every morning when taking a shower. The other bathrooms are really small. The blinds over the main shower are rather stained. The location is great if you don’t mind driving for 15-20 minutes to get groceries or meals. Other than the double service charge from both the rental company and the owner of the home, we had a wonderful time and appreciate the use of your home.

The Little Blue Beach House

The house's proximity to Carpinteria, Ventura and Ojai was amazing. We also explored SB and Montecito while staying at the little blue house. Unfortunately our visit took place during a very rainy time of year meaning we were forced to stay inside the majority of the time. The house itself just ok, the furniture is not very comfortable and the layout is not conducive to enjoying the ocean and the TV at the same time unless you are in the master. The property manager who met us at the house was friendly and nice. Overall our visit was great. Although the weather was not very accommodating to outside activities we did find short breaks in the weather for walks along the beach and I actually did a lot of running on PCH (in the rain). Overall it was nice, C- if you ask my kids.

Nice beachy vacay!

We had a great time! Very comfortable, totally secluded, gorgeous view. Dolphins, seals and sunsets! Beautiful breezes! The House isn’t decorated in a very beachy style, but that’s just me being picky, and furniture is a bit old and dated. The beds were AMAZING! We all slept like kings. Closet space and plenty of hangers. Kitchen has it all! Great for a family, tons of beach toys for the kids and millions of Legos! The beach was so cool, but not always accessible on certain days (due to the full moon I suppose) but there are other drivable great beaches nearby. We have a 6 yo and and a 2.5 year old and they had a blast! It’s very safe because it’s a separate sand area, so they don’t run away and we didn’t have to constantly watch them running in the waves. We bought an inflatable pool at target and they played all day in there! There are quite a lot of stairs down to the kitchen and to the bedrooms. My mom is 88 and she had to take breaks going up and down. Santa Barbara is so close by and whale watching was amazing ! Overall, the rental company and owners were extremely attentive and friendly! We are very thankful and we had a wonderful trip!

Beach house on the sand

Great location for beach time with the grandkids. The kids loved collecting shells and crabs. The sand toys and boogie boards were great for all day fun. The sand area on the property was great for the little ones. Awesome to just walk out of the house and down to the beach. The sunsets were beautiful and the sound of the waves all night.

Peaceful, private and lovely views

We had a terrific week at Sea Cliff. The outdoor space at this property is great. We ate outdoors at every meal and loved sitting on the big comfy couch to read under the umbrellas. We started each morning with a great walk on the beach. You do need to check out the tide tables to make sure you go at low tide, but it wasn’t a big deal for us. You can walk south for about 2 miles and then turn around. In the afternoon, we had a great time boogie boarding. The waves were perfect for our group that ranged from 11 to 77! We loved the privacy of the SeaCliff community And the location is great! We took day trips to Montecito, Summerland, Carpinteria, Ojai and the Camarillo outlets. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!!

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay very much. It is a beautiful property with the lovely views. We stayed for a lady's reunion and were very comfortable. We loved having dinner and breakfast on the deck listening to the waves. We walked along the path in the morning and drove just down the road for morning beach runs and swims in the ocean. Location is great because it is in between Santa Barbara and other great destinations so it was perfect for us. The only issue we had was the code to main gate to get in was changed and we had issues getting out and in. Friendly neighbors helped us out though so it really wasn't a big deal. We would recommend!

Beautiful location with great deck

We had an lovely stay at this property. We are familiar with the area and the beach is beautiful and fairly private. The rock wall in front of the property is unique but didn't bother us too much. We did not swim in front of the house - had to drive to a different beach to go in the water, which was not ideal. The master suite is amazing. HOWEVER, the other rooms are VERY small. If you have 2 families staying at the house, someone is definitely getting the short stick.

Best beach house we have stayed in!

We have rented several beach houses in the area and this has been the best by far. The property was so clean and had everything we needed for the week. The kitchen is well stocked, they provide shampoo, conditioner and soap. Beach toys, towels and umbrellas. The neighborhood is secluded, so we had the beach to ourselves most of the time we stayed. We have rented houses with a sea wall before and often times the beach is rocky and barely useable. You do have to wait for low tide, but the beach is beautiful. We loved having a garage and dedicated parking for our other vehicle as well. We can't say enough good things about this property.
