This fantastic property is all it is advertised as and more! You cannot beat the location, and it is spacious and luxurious- the owners have thought of everything. We saw dolphin and seals and incredible sunsets every day. Having plenty of bathrooms and a large common space was also so valuable. The ping pong table and pool table were giant hits in the evening along with the hot tub. We have stayed at Mussel Shoals every year for the last fifteen years, and this is the best so far. Thank you!

Luxury and the Beach

Doors open to the sand - and beautiful views encompass the property. The house itself is gorgeous and the primary suite is fantastic. Minimal necessities like TP, paper towels and garbage bags for such a luxury stay. Well furnished kitchen Washing machine was supposedly broken when we arrived - we were told someone was coming to fix but never heard anymore. Communication with Vacasa not simple Blender broken on arrival Wipes at door to clean tar dried out and only had one left. No washcloths in one bathroom Seems like details were just lacking

Beach vacation

This home was amazing. It had everything you needed for a perfect beach vacation. Loved having the pool table to play with family. Also, it was equipped well for beach play. My family had an wonderful time. I can’t say enough about how beautiful the home. We had the front open the entire time. Also, having access to a gas grill for cooking was great.

Beautiful house in amazing location. House was fully stocked with everything we needed for a great vacation. There was so much to do with beach, pool table, ping pong table and games. Proximity to Santa Barbara and Montecito was excellent. Highly recommend this property.

Comfortable space with fantastic sunsets. Well appointed with activities for everyone. Close to Ventura & Santa Barbara if you’re looking for an outing but it’s easy to decide just to stay in.

Spectacular!!!

The most amazing beach property we have ever stayed in, every aspect of this home was beautiful & the views are spectacular!!! My only complaint was that we had to leave, but we will definitely return. the neighbors were super friendly, we seen Dolphins and sea lions every day and it’s just a few steps away to a yummy restaurant

Wonderful family beach trip.

We loved everything about this house and will definitely rent it again! It is spacious and extremely comfortable for 6 people. Since it was chilly at night, we enjoyed all three fireplaces. I love to cook and was happy to see the kitchen was fully stocked with all the dishes and pots and pans you need. This is our second year staying at this beach with our grandchildren. The beach is fairly private and walkable.

Absolutely Stunning

The photos don’t do this property justice. The house and view is absolutely gorgeous! The master bedroom is breathtaking, definitely would book again. The only downside is the neighbors obviously don’t want you there, they stare constantly when walking by the house on beach. If you just ignore them and stay respectful of the noise levels, you’ll be fine! Will book this same place again!

Wonderful Home, Beautiful Beach

This was the 5th summer we have stayed at this home and as always it was the perfect setting for family to visit, enjoy the beach and enjoy each other. It has now become a family tradition to visit this lovely home and enjoy the ocean, beautiful sunsets and create many priceless memories together. It never disappoints and we will return again for sure in 2022!

Beautiful home and spacious for 3 couples

Wonderful home, conveniently located 20 min from Santa Barbara. We stayed early Sept and there was a thick marine layer each of the 5 days, on 2 days it cleared for 3 hrs mid afternoon., this despite being sunny in SB. The smoke alarms went off during our first night several times indicating low battery, preventive maintenance would have prevented this. In addition, 2 sinks didn’t drain and the master shower is broken (sprays all over from connection). Despite letting management know, the shower was not repaired but the sinks were. The beds are comfortable, and the kitchen/grill area have all you need for cooking. The beach is lovely and we saw multiple pods of dolphins, beware of the tar on the beach (you can’t see it but it sticks to your feet).

Amazing house

This is our second August stay in this beautiful house. The beach is phenomenal. The neighbors are wonderful. Truly a magical gem. I have been trying to get back there next summer but it’s all booked!! Hoping for some miracle!
