Beautifully decorated apartment in a fantastic location. Just a short walk to all that downtown Ventura has to offer. Comfortable, stylish, and convenient. We would absolutely stay here again!

The place was clean and decorated in a very relaxing manner. Close to shops and the beach. Not super fancy by any means but good enough for our quick weekend getaway.

Quick weekend get away

Loved the unit, location, owner very responsive, unit very cute and clean. Easy walk into town for restaurants, or to the Ventura Pier. I'd rent again if we were in the area.

Wonderful home, perfect location!

We had a comfortable one night stay. There were multiple dinner options within a 15 min walk and we were within a short drive from the harbor, where we were scheduled to take an early morning boat ride. The host's instructions were very clear - we had no issues at all!

Wonderful accommodation

This is a gorgeous and tastefully designed/equipped apartment. Very tidy, clean and cosy. A perfect starting point for expoloring Ventura and the nearby attractions such as Santa Barbara and LA.

Just one nite… perfect!

This is a perfect accommodation for our overnight. Traveling with our adult son on our way to San Diego. Clean, had a fan for sleeping, left us coffee and a bottle of wine. Very nicely done!!

Absolutely Perfect! Thank you for being great hosts. Responsive, flexible and kind are great qualities to have as a host and you executed all of the above. Great place to stay. Prime location. Delightful Stay Along our Pacific Coast Highway Trip

We were looking for a place to stay along our road trip between Hearst Castle and Los Angeles and found this charming VRBO. We arrived much later than we expected so it was dark and a bit difficult to find (the apartments/numbers do not face the main street) but we finally found the parking spot and the unit (take the set of stairs closest to the main street up to the 2nd floor). We loved the decor and clean/comfortable furnishings and appreciated the bottle of wine after the long drive. We had a delightful breakfast at Immigrant Son Caffe just a short drive away during the very festive downtown July 4th event. We wish we could have spent at least a couple more days in this unit and in Ventura and plan to go back!

Great pivot point for seeing lots of Ventura on foot.... and good nights sleep too!

The true test of a property came as the morning after our arrival we had a emergency issue that needed resolved. Nothing that would usually be forseen by the hosts.But they stepped in with VERY QUICK reply to our message about it.... and had all resolved by just after midday!! Great communication all along the process!!!That is when you know you are dealing with people that are looking out for their guests and want things to be the BEST!!The location was wonderful for us... as we were without a car - came in on the train.... and wanted to be able to walk around to experience the area.... and found so much very available.You do have your ocean view... the apt is fresh and neat and comfortable...... especially the mattresses. And with the lovely bedding too..... crawling into be at the end of a day of exploring was so lovely and welcoming.The place was so impressive my daughter put it on her list for checking into when she returns to Ventura.

Thoughtful touches, beautiful decor

This adorable apartment suited our needs (for a family of four). It was well stocked, clean, and had several nice touches. The retro-modern beach vibe style and decor were on pointe. The hosts were friendly and generally quick to respond, with the exception of our arrival when someone was in our reserved parking spot and we did not receive a response until the following morning, (which made unloading a bit of a hassle). Otherwise we were pleased. One downside is that the laundry is on the other end of the building, is coin operated, and only has one working dryer (2 washers) available for the entire building, so not ideal. We were not disturbed by any noise from the apartment neighbors, however it is adjacent a fairly busy street, so you definitely hear the traffic. The water pressure was awesome, and the bedding was very plush. Overall five stars :)
