We really enjoyed staying at the house. It was right on the beach as advertised and the hosts were great. The kids loved the bunk rooms and we enjoyed the master bedroom waking up to crashing waves. We would stay here again.

Great Rental

Place was great just like the pictures. The communication with the owner was the best I have had on VRBO and we have been using this site for years. The Master bedroom has such a nice view of the water and at night hearing the waves crashing helps you sleep like a baby.

Dream Getaway

Hi, went to Ventura with some friends for my partners 40's as we have friends in the area. Wanted to stay somewhere special right on the beach that was close to everything, and this spot was so perfect. The master bedroom is truly an experience and the heated pool made cloudy days still a perfect experience. House as incredible amenities and is just such a dreamy and relaxing getaway. Highly recommend

Spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable, this beach house was the perfect getaway. Just steps from the shore, it offered everything we needed for a relaxing stay, from cozy furniture to thoughtful amenities. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Sunsets

Thank you for a wonderful weekend. Nothing better than waking up with a beach view. Huge windows that make you feel you are right in the sand. Owner and Manager were exceptional. We enjoyed walking the beach with gorgeous sunsets. We felt at home in a beautiful house. Can’t wait to go back!

What a wonderful beach vacation. Beautiful house, wonderful location very uncrowded broad and long beach. Even a pool! Fantastic sunsets every night. We enjoyed the home and beach so much we didn’t leave the house for the week except to go to the grocery store. Can’t wait to return.

Gorgeous beautifully appointed modern home with unbeatable views!

We loved our stay at this amazing beach house! It cannot be beat … design, amenities, location. Everything is clean, upgraded and you feel like you are at a five star hotel but with the comforts of a home. I can’t remember if it was listed; but it was a huge relief when we saw there was an electronic pool cover to keep wandering toddlers out of the water. The view from the master bedroom is unparalleled and being lulled to sleep by the ocean relaxed us even further. Our family of 6 with a 12, 9, 7 and 23 month old stayed here with plenty of space and comfort. My daughter picked this house for her birthday trip and she had a long list of criteria that had to be met - this house hit all of them out of the park. There are boogie boards and some sand toys so you do not need to bring your own. Glen, the house manager, is awesome and has great local recommendations. Thank you for sharing your home with us to make some amazing family memories!

Family Vacation

Great week in Pierpont. The house was terrific - well equipped, clean, and lots of fun features. Has to be one of the very few (only) homes in Pierpont with a pool. We enjoyed the home and its beautiful location!

Great Location, but not overly impressed.

We live locally and brought a lot of our own stuff, 5 lounge chairs, 3 side tables, coffee makers as well some of our own utensils we like to use. We had Max 11people at house with 2-7 sleeping there. The good, Location was great, awesome view, side patio and pool was very enjoyable, walk from patio to sand, large kitchen, definitely enough bed and bathrooms. Communication very good with manager. The not so good, only one usable closet out of 5 bedrooms, it was in one of the kids rooms, manager brought up a clothing rack for the master, not a big deal for us but it was for guests. Only 2 love seat size couches inside to sit on, while you spend most of the time outside, if you need to escape the sun, really no where to go in afternoon. Would be very easy to secure umbrella mounts to front and side patio, supply 9 FT tilt umbrellas that could be moved, would make all the difference in the world. Lounge chairs on front patio are comfortable but other than the bench seats no where else to sit comfortably, can’t really move chairs from side patio to front, since we brought our own lounge chairs and side tables not an issue for us, maybe for others. Like any rental on the beach, requires ongoing maintenance, gas pit on side patio leaks gas when lit, should replace corroded ring, BBQ worked OK, could also be replaced not all burners worked and pretty corroded, washing machine has broken knob, limits the amount of water on rinse cycle I think, soap stains on towels and clothes, came right out once rinsed under faucet. Fowl smell from kitchen sink, could be P Trap or maybe rubber gasket for garbage disposal, went and got vinegar and baking soda and used a few candles to get though the time there. Found a vacuum to use in the garage, worked good but was filthy. Lastly for us and our guest, we found the wall art in master to be offensive, 4-5 pictures of nude women to various degrees. We decided to leave 2 days early. I realize everyone has different tastes and style, with a few changes and 1/2 weeks rental $$ this could be a much more comfortable rental.

Location! Views! Amenities!

The beach house is gorgeous. It’s unbeatable in appearance and decor — feels every bit luxurious as you’d expect. There is no other house listed that is more “oceanfront.” Its ON the beach, the sand comes all the way up to the outdoor living area. From there we could easily watch our kids play on an uncrowned beach by the water’s edge or the pool. Great communication from host and manager. Truly a vacation retreat!
