Great home and location

This property was fully remodeled and decorated with lovely fixtures and attention to details. There were many amenities including satellite TV options and programs, outdoor fire pit and seating area and a full coffee bar! The guest bedroom with the double bunk beds were a great hit and a master bedroom TV was perfect! The owner was very responsive and helpful. The location was excellent, less than 10 minutes from local beaches, close to many stores, malls and restaurants of various choices. A 5 minute drive to enter the freeway and a quiet family neighborhood. A great pick we will stay again!

Super Clean, Quiet and Comfortable

Wonderful place for our family vacation. The place was impeccably clean, comfortable and very well stocked. Even though it is fairly close to a main street, the neighborhood was extremely quiet and the neighbors were friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return in the future.

Great Place in Ventura!

Great location!

Myself, my adult daughter and two grandsons, 13 &10 yr old stayed for a full week. It was convenient for access to Ventura beaches and just a short drive to Santa Barbara. It was clean & just the right size for us. Neighborhood was quiet! We had a great time!

Beach Vacay

Great location. Close to Trader Joe’s, Target and harbor to the Channel Islands. 30 mins to Santa Barbara. House is very comfortable and updated. Mike provided K-cups for the Keruig - major plus for a coffee lover. Host was super responsive and checked on us. Very quiet neighborhood. We would rent again if visiting the area.

Amazing!!

This house was exactly what our family was looking for! It is a beautiful home in a great neighborhood. The furniture on the porch was great for our morning coffees, and the fire table was perfect for the cool nights. Everything was so clean! I loved the kitchen so much, I now want to remodel ours just like it. Mike is a nice owner. And if I ever come to Ventura again, I will definitely rent from him again!

Comfortable and convenient

We went to a convention at the Marriott and because of the location, we were able to return to the house for meals and breaks. The layout of the house was open and welcoming and the beds were very comfortable. We hope to come back next year and if time permits, take advantage of the nearby beaches.

The perfect spot

A modern, quaint little house with open floor plan, comfy sofas, several bed options, water in the fridge, and plenty of coffee to drink. It was an ideal location as well and Mike not only worked with us on our dates, he was quick to respond with any questions while we were there. We will be back!

Great location and clean newly renovated house

Quiet neighborhood close to everything. House was very clean and everything is brand new. Communication with the owner was responsive and easy. We enjoyed our stay in Ventura! FYI- The front yard is very nice, the back yard has not yet been landscaped. The top bunks of the bunk beds are limited to 85 pounds. Did not really affect us, the front yard is much better for viewing sunsets.

Ventura Beach Vacation

This is a beautiful property. The house has been completely renovated. Everything is new. The high ceilings make this house feel large and spacious. We enjoyed the awesome TV's. High Tech crystal clear sharp pictures. We were able to hook up to Netflix and watch our shows. Ceiling fans in every room made it most comfortable. Love the location. Close to our favorite restaurants.

Great access to city and beach in newly renovated house.

Mike was very good and timely in his communication. House was newly renovated and very clean. If choose this house vs staying in the older local hotels. Very convenient location to beaches and downtown with lots of great restaurants nearby. Weather was cold and perfect for windows open at night. Most houses along coast don’t have AC, including this one so something to consider if you are used to having AC. It was not a problem for our stay as the evenings got down to mid 60s. I would stay in the property again during cooler weather months.

Relaxing

Beautiful home, loved the kitchen. It was perfect for the stay we had, backyard was Great size for my son to run around and burn all his energy....in perfect location of freeway and stores!
