Location with perks!

Great place to be - steps from the beach. Walking distance to restaurants, groceries and more. Two cruiser bikes for fun around town and on the path. And a soothing hot tub. Victor was super responsive- we had a great stay.

Adorable Beach Bungalow

Beach bungalow is steps from the beach. Beach colors in remodeled bathroom & kitchen. Backyard is lots of fun with games, fire pit, jacuzzi, ping pong. Victor house manager is attentive, responsive & helpful. Easy check in and nice to have parking in garage and in front of garage. Lovely place to stay!

Very comfortable and cozy

Well appointed duplex, plenty of space for 4 adults and our grand-daughter. Comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, great location! Close to the beach and lots of very cool restaurants! Will definitely be back!

Wonderful Stay!

Our family stayed in this adorable house for a long weekend and it was wonderful. The process was simple, we were steps away from the beach and had ample activities games to keep us busy. The beds were SO COMFORTABLE, and everything was clean and ready for us to enjoy. We would love to stay here again in the future!

Perfect Location

Our stay was great. The home had all you could want for a family vacation. We spent a lot of time in the beautiful backyard, and it was great to have a grill to use. The location was perfect with the beach so close as well as many restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. The home was clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Mountains to Beach Marathob

I came to town with my husband to run a marathon. This home was in the perfect location, walking distance to the expo and finish line. It also turned out to be conveniently located by a handful of restaurants and a grocery store! We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the backyard games. The host was excellent with communication as well. I’ll stay here next year if we decide to run that marathon again….. which we likely will!

Fabulous beach house

Perfect little beach house for our family's adventure in Ventura. Nicely situated steps from the beach, and great coffee, restaurants in the Pierpont neighbourhood. Victor, manager, was great to communicate with and was prompt with any questions. Backyard games and hot tub were a big bonus - making this a very special week. Definitely recommend for groups under 6

Pierpont gem

Love this cute little property right in the heart of Pierpont Ventura. As locals to the area, we love being able to stay close to the beach and local restaurants, and this place is a great value in that respect! Literally steps from lots of local family-friendly restaurants. Also lots to do in the actual place- love the backyard! This was our second stay at Victor’s place, and we definitely see ourselves coming back.

Nice, easy spot with great backyard

Fun backyard games and close walk to beach (less than one block) made the stay. The alley is a little rough, as are the folks loitering there. Hot tub was fun, though not very hot - follow the directions to keep the cover on whenever not in use. Super close to groceries and In & Out which was a hit with the teens. Good for our quick stop along a coastal trip.

Great location, fun backyard

As the listing states, this rental is a short, less than a block walk to the beach. Close to a handful of restaurants and grocery store also all within short walking distance. Backyard was a fun bonus, although we didn’t get to use it as much as we would have liked. Nice to have chairs and beach towels provided. It is an urban neighborhood, obviously property so close to the beach at a premium, so all the houses are super close together. Also for some reason the rental got warm very easily even though it was relatively cool the days we were there. There is a heat pump type of AC unit that helps but still takes time for back bedrooms to cool off. We would stay again.

Clean and comfortable.

The house was just what we expected, clean and comfortable. It was nice to have access to additional fans and heaters for the varied temperatures during our stay. We enjoyed the use of the backyard games and the jacuzzi was wonderful to relax in after a busy day exploring. It is only a very short walk up the road to beach access. Yes, as others have mentioned there is a restaurant/ bar not far away, but we were not affected by it.

Great House, Great Location!

This property is exactly as described a d shown. The location was amazing. The outdoor space was superior and provided a lot of entertainment. Great places to eat and the ocean were just steps away. Will definitely return!

Excellent location, great property!

This condo was excellent!! Victor was exceptionally responsive to us and helped with any need we had. The home was clean and had all the amenities that were needed. The location was also perfect...close to the beach and some good restaurants. The absolute, only downside is the washer/dryer combo in the unit. Understandable that is likely the only option for this particular unit. The hot tub was fabulous and even though we didn't get to use the outdoor games (much too rainy) they did look like they would be fun. We would definitely book this property again!
